We loved everything. From the tradition and design of the hotel, to our room (2 bedrooms room at the 3rd floor), which was so clean, well designed and spacious. The whole hotel is beautiful. super clean and tidy. Location is perfect- in the heart of Perast. In our opinion, staying in Perast was much better than in the busy and loudly Kotor. Breakfast buffet at the Conte restaurant was also great, a very diverse selection of high quality food. The service was so pleasant, kind and with care for every detail. It felt like everyone really cared about making our stay there the best it could be. Hope to come back soon!

At the property we felt most welcome from our arrival to day of our departure. Hospitality and kondness of our hosts, from reception staff to room maids even exceeded the beauty of Perast old town. The property finds itself is set in the center of old town, on main street. It is on walking distance from the public parking lot, and host provided us a lift with electric cart. We stayed ad twoo room appartment wich was tastefully designed, cosy and spotless clean. Rich tasty breakfast is served in the restaurant next door, on a beautiful terrace next to the sea. We had our dinners with the view there too, great food, great wine list and last but not the least, great hospitality. To sum it up, great stay in Perast, by all means worth repeating.

The staff were the most helpful I have ever met, informative and so pleasant. Lovely breakfast, either indoor or outdoor location possible. Outdoor location so lovely, out on the waters edge. See for miles across the bay. Even though late down for breakfast, the food was still fresh, huge range of dishes. We felt cared for!!

Well, I loved it all actually, great old palace with all modern facilities. No lift, but it is understandable as no changes to the exterior of the old building are allowed, and there was someone available to kindly lift the bags up to the third floor if needed. Perast is a small and very busy place, so obviously parking is a premium, but it is possible to park just outside on the road, and the concierge will come and collect you and the luggage in a golf cart. Good service if required. Wonder a little at the glass door in the bathroom in the room, but I made my partner promise not to peek. So that was fine as well.

The staff were all excellent and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was if the highest quality and there was never a rush to move you on afterwards

The stairs. This building cannot accommodate a lift, so beware the slippy marble floors with no hand rails, particularly treacherous when carrying a heavy suitcase or small child

UNESCO protected old building, beautifully renovated, with comfortable rooms and a kind and helpful staff. High quality breakfast was served in the adjacent and excellent restaurant (Conte) on an absolutely gorgeous terrace by the sea with a view hard to find anywhere else.

The beaches in Perast need more care and regular improvements and maintenance.

It’s located in an UNESCO-protected village so the renovation had to preserve certain features like the slanted roofs that are incorporated into the bedroom lines so in one room you might have the misfortune of hitting your head on the slope. There are no elevators.

It was a super hotel for a super weekend with my husband. The hotel fulfilled all our expectations for this special weekend. Very good location, a very warm welcome from the staff, very ready to help with what we needed. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. We have returned to this hotel several times and we would return as often as we had the opportunity, for the quietness of the good accommodation, the cleanliness, of the location and all the facilities it offers.

Central location, beautiful sea view from the room.. the restaurant across the road where you can have a breakfast. They provide with beach towels.Reception girl was helpful. Explaining everything and dropping me to the bus stop.

The breakfast wasn’t really good. Always cold . No refill on time , unless u ask. Coffee machine was broken, so u had to ask it from a barmen. Last night they had some wedding outside .. so loud music till late.

This was by far one of my favourite hotel stays. The location is absolutely fantastic, rooms were clean and comfortable and both the staff and service were exceptional. I hope to return here soon! Restaurant attached to the hotel was great spot to return to in the evening after exploring the surrounding area. We ended up having two very tasty dinners with excellent service by lovely lady named Svetlana.

Perfect stay. Perast is a wonderful gem and the hotel, right next to the main square fitted right in. Confortable beds, clean rooms, very good breakfast (a la carte), a nice terrace, good restaurant. We benefited from not staying in high season and had almost all the terrace almost for us. Kotor is a short drive away, but you can take the bus (preferable than taxi). Very good comunication with the staff and the hotel, especially Jelena, that gave us most of the indications.
