My husband, my dog Lila and I are so very grateful for your amazing service. Our room was spacious for everything we needed: for cooking, we had an equipped kitchen, for arranging all of our ski clothes, we had a huge closet area and also another closet for stocking all the skis and boots. A lovely balcony with a river across the street who helped me sleep at night with that calming sound. All the ladies in the front desk and the manager couldn't be more helpful. The bed was very comfortable to rest. The treatment they gave to my dog was outstanding. See you next year for sure! Thank you very much Mamie Team.

We liked everything about this place. Lovely decor. Big rooms. Amazing view from the balcony. Tasty breakfast and snacks served in the bar. Friendly staff. Good location to the Megeve centre around a 15-minute walk.

Staff: amazing, helpful, always available with a smile on their faces. Location: exceptional, 10 minutes distance to everything. They offer a transfer available from early morning to late evening that takes you to the center village and to the ski lifts. The bedrooms are comfortable, chalet style, equipped with everything you may need, and what we loved the most besides the comfortable beds, it’s the kitchen, and what we did is make our groceries in the nearest supermarket and saved a lot of money not being obliged to eat in restaurants. The property is very quiet, which makes it ideal to fully rest. Mamie offers a great deal with its prices, I really hope they get to maintain it, this is our second time going there for our winter vacation and already booked for next year. Thank you Mamie team for everything and for treating our dog Lila so well, all of you are very special.

I thought the staff were lovely, we arrived early from a morning flight very tired & our room was ready & we were allowed to check in. Loved the location, peaceful, nice walk to the village but also the shuttle bus was available to bring us to & from the village or ski area. The room was spotless & cleaned every day. Great holiday, will come back.

The location was superb and the shuttle bus running constantly into town (5 mins) and to the ski area (5 mins). The snack bar area was extremely cosy and welcoming and we liked hanging out there. The view from the hotel is stunning.

The decor is quirky with very dark tartan design on the walls. I personally didn't love the decor but the overall feel of the place was great.

Loved the bunk beds in our room, our bed was super comfy, big bathroom and wonderful view of the mountains

There is no restaurant in the hotel to eat dinner. It was difficult for us, with 2 small children, to have to go somewhere else for dinner. Also, the lobby is not accessible via the elevators only. There are stairs to climb - not very wheelchair/stroller friendly

The only point to improve is the frequency of the free shuttle. 30 min to get a shuttle back from the ski slopes with the kids is too long at the end of a long day skying. Their sister hotel l’Arboisie has 2 minivan rather than 1 at Mamie and it makes all the difference. Also, even though we were told that l’Arboisie shuttle could take us, they refused on several occasions even though their minivan wasn’t full…

The room was spacious. Good placement. The staff was very welcoming and kind. The atmosphere was holiday and pleasant. Everything was very clean and tidy.

That you have to pay extra for parking and that the street next to the central road is full of potholes and bumps.
