Location was amazing, there is no breakfast included at the hotel but rest assured there is no shortage of food options nearby. There is a 7/11 just down the street, 2 shops away (literally only 1-2 minutes walk), a fried omelette with rice vendor just outside the 7/11 in the mornings when you can buy it for breakfast/lunch. Walk the other direction towards Victory Monument and there's a whole street of food vendors where you can buy fruits/fried rice/fried chicken/kueh/noodles, etc. There is also a really nice cafe which serves amazing coffee opposite from the hotel (walk up the BTS and cross over to the other side). It's called Coffee & Co. if I'm not wrong (or Koffee & Co.). If you're feeling tired and don't want to climb the stairs, there are lifts to go up to the BTS as well which is just in front of Yakult Building (next to VIB Hotel). All the above within 5 minutes walking distance of the hotel, location is so good so will highly recommend you to book this place. I did not even take GRAB much because the BTS is just in front of the hotel (so convenient) and it's surprisingly quiet (soundproofing is so good) even though it's just right in front. If you're staying here, highly recommend to travel 1 stop to the right via BTS to Victory Monument Station for Boat Noodles, and 1 stop to the left Ari Station for local Thai and cafe food. I will come back and stay here for my next trip to Bangkok for sure.

Everything was good about the hotel, just that the shower is a bit small. I'm considered a S-M (asian size), but if you are slightly wider framed (XL and above) size, it may be difficult to enter the shower area and close the shower door as it can be a bit squeezy. Also, the metal part of my shower handle kept coming off - but other than that, water pressure etc. was fine :) Smelt the weird drainage smell that some of the reviews talked about too when I always initially turn on the shower, but it goes away afterwards. Everything was really clean.

The location is very convenient, right next to Sanam Pao BTS. The hotel was clean and modern, and having a small gym was a nice perk. The room was big enough for one or two people. Overall it felt like great value given that I booked last minute.

The desk in the room was kind of pointless as someone working in the evenings in my room, the fridge was put in under the desk which both cramped an already small space and also exhausted hot air. Apart from that it's just minor niggles that weren't a big deal: the "mini-buffet" breakfast did not have much choice but wasn't bad; the shower door opened very awkwardly into the shower; my room did not get much in the way of natural light.

(+) super convenient location. 20sec. walk from BTS station. Even better, the elevator is just 20m away from the hotel entrance. Can't ask more in terms of location. (+) there is famous Thai noodle shop just in 10min walk, 1 small shop providing nice DimSum within 5min walk; also 7-11 in walking distance. (+) the room is spacial and got working desk. (+) room is clean and staff is nice

(-) because the hotel is next to main road, one might hear the loud sound from traffics at night (during sleeping) (-) this might be the biggest draw-back.... the shower water is not hot enough...pls. expect you can only have a slightly warm shower... (-) they provide pre-ordered set breakfast. But 2 out of 3 days that I stayed, staff gave me wrong set (which I did order for others...) I think they should improve this...

The location was GREAT! The hotel right next to the BTS and less than 100 meters away from 7/11 so it was pretty convenient for me to buy some things i need. Really good quality of bed stuff and pretty clean as well. The staffs were very friendly

That i can't pay for the deposit by scanning the QR code. I didn't have enough cash at that moment so i had to walk to the bank to get some cash luckily it wasn't far away from the hotel.

Hotel is nice and awesome, have gym access (for free) and breakfast provided (with additional charges). Recommend to stay here for those who choose public transport as their main transport, as it is near to BTS Sanam Pao. Nearby to 7eleven. Suitable for short stay for family.

Room bit small, if the size is huge, then all is perfect. Not recommended to those who prefer huge room size.

I came early from airport to leave big luggage and come back for check in in the afternoon. The lady who did the checkin informed that a room is available and I can check in right the way which was wonderful after a very long flight. Very nice of her. Thank you so much.

If you are between BKK-DMK flights this is geat location, even though to dmk there is no train connection, you must take a taxi. The staff is very helpful, the bed is amazing, bathroom spacious. There is a nice Japanese restaurant just across the street, perfect for urgent dinner after flying. Otherwise the location might be a bit off but it is on the Skytrain line.

Room was quite small but for one night ok.

The best location ever!!! Everything is excellent. Staffs are very kind & helpful. One thing that you should know before stay is need to do CASH (only) DEPOSIT upon arrival, will get back when check out.

The location, although not within walking distance of the main area of town, was directly next to Sanam Pao station, which made traveling to and from super easy and convenient. The room was perfect for one person, and everything was extremely clean. Everything was great, and I'm so happy I chose to stay here.

I have no complaints :)
