Coffee wasn’t that good but breakfast was ok

Guys next to us took our chair and table off the patio to play cards. We booked a lake view but kept our blinds shut as the men were sitting where they could see us in our room. They apparently were staying to work locally for the week. We were not sure what was going on and didn’t want a confirmation so we exited from the hall and walked around the side of the building out another door and sat on a bench. Later one of the group apologized and explained who r hey were. That helped us feel better about the situation.

For me your place was awesome! My room was in the back and I could BBQ on the grill. Had a really nice gas fire pit with chairs around it on cement not in the grass. Had a place for smokers. If I'm in town I'm definitely staying here again. Also didn't have any geese so no poop while cooking.

I really enjoy my stay. Can't think of anything that went wrong or made me feel like I should've went somewhere else.

Breakfast was good. I would have liked yogurt and bananas. They may have had bananas but there wasn't any out when we got down there. Room was clean and beds were comfortable and it was quiet. We didn't have time to really take advantage of the pool or exercise room which looked nice but we were only there for 1 night.

Can't think of anything I didn't like

The facility is spotless and staffed with incredibly professional and friendly people! They were very helpful in giving us a main floor room as my wife is handicapped. Location on Green Bay is wonderful and we enjoyed our dinner of pasties and Hamms out by the fire pit enjoying a summer evening on the beach. Breakfast was varied and fresh - loved the evening fresh popcorn! Sadly, didn't have chance to try pool/hot tub, but they looked inviting. Ideal location close to restaurants, museums and the lake front. Visited in summer but imagine it would serve well all year long. We will be back, and next time with our extended family!

Internet service was spotty, at best. Required lots of reestablishing contact. King of aggravating. Was told that its a problem looking for a solution!

This was the nicest and most reasonable hotel in the Marinette/Menominee area. It was clean, quiet and comfortable with good parking and eating choices nearby. The pool was beautiful and the staff were very accommodating.

No elevator. If you have mobility issues you need to use the first floor only. Would have loved to have a water view room, but none were available on the first floor.

Great location, easy to find and easy to keep going the next morning. Front desk staff was wonderful even with our late night arrival. Had a great room with a view of our car which we enjoyed. A/C was nice and cold

Could have been cleaner. Bathroom was a bit dirty and found others hairs in shower and on floor. No water pressure in bathroom shower. fire alarm started beeping due to batteries going dead. Thankfully we were leaving.

Staff was wonderful so was breakfast. Bed was comfortable.

No elevator had to walk steps which was very difficult because of my back. Asked to be put on first floor and they said there was nothing available. A bit disappointed that our room overlooked the parking lot and Perkins restaurant instead of lake Michigan.

Location was very convenient for our travels in the UP. Front staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

We were given a handicap room with a shower and curtain. It was fine other than it needs a shelf to hold soap, etc.

Fire pit down by the lake was great especially since we didn't have a lake view room.. Very central location. The room was a nice size with a kitchenette.

Our room could have been cleaned a little better. There were crumbs on the table and a gum wrapper on one of the chairs.

Plenty of options offered and well presented... I'm never impressed with plastic silverware. That is barely capable of holding much less cutting anything but I understand the need for it.
