The location of the hotel is excellent, in a quiet area. The finishing of the rooms, including decorations, furniture, and lighting, is very luxurious. Suitable for families. I thank the staff for their good treatment of us. A special greeting to Mr. Ali.

The neighbors they kept making noise till 4AM. I wish if i could change the room or hetol asked them to be quiet. No delivery to room if you ordered online

The location. Staff , and size of the apartment

Twin bed room was very small , so they keep the beds closed , few towels in the toilet , no face towels and no floor towel . Breakfast was simple .

Great location. Great smiling wonderful staff. Comfortable and very nice room. Was able to ask for things through WhatsApp which was convenient and everything was brought quick. The bathroom is big, tub is relaxing, and shower can turn into a steam room. A lovely surprise at the end was our car was washed! A lovely place to stay, definitely recommend.

Even though the rain shower was very relaxing, stronger pressure and a hand shower would have been nice. The parking ramps are narrow, but I think this is a problem with most hotels in Bahrain. The only annoying thing was all bathroom lights were connected to one switch and there’s a glass between bathroom and bedroom so the light would shine in the room during the night. Plus this one bedroom feels more appropriate for couples rather than friends or siblings, there is a sliding door in front of glass but it doesn’t cover the entire bathroom.

Everything! The rooms were immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering a true sense of luxury. The staff were exceptionally professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch and meticulously maintained. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions.

Nothing. The experience was flawless. Maybe because my stay was short (two nights) and I didn't spend much time within the property, or maybe because it is actually as good as it appears to be.

The Junior Suite is very big and has a comfortable double bed. The bathroom is large and the toilet is separated by a door from the bathroom. The light switches need a little time to get used to. It has two TV's. One 55 inch in the "living room" and a smaller (32?) in the bedroom. Wifi is excellent and no password required. Breakfast is excellent with many choices and freshly made omelettes, pancakes or waffles. Valet Parking was included in our stay, but I am not sure if this is always the case. The staff in the entire premises are extremely helpful, friendly and polite.

The Diplomatic Area has not many shops or things to do in the direct vicinity of the hotel. Check in starts at 3pm, but for both of my stays Fraser Suites has been accommodating an early check in without additional costs.

The breakfast was freshly made according to personal order instead of buffet, I think it's because of some seasonal change, it was good. Room is spacious, has a kitchen, dining area and living area. I had a lunch in the hotel, the food was good. I noticed that the menu said there'll be 10% discount from guest but it seemed like the staff wasn't going to offer me the discount, until I brought it up she acted like that she was doing me a favor, this kills the experience a bit.

The big shower head was too old and blocked, only the outer ring of the holes were sprinkling some water and I couldn't make the water to shower on me as it was mounted on the wall and I couldn't change the angle. The shower door couldn't be entirely closed, so I was trying to get some water on me from the shower head while cold air was blown towards to me. That was the worst part. During the night I tried to turn off the A/C but it wouldn't, so all night long it was freezing for me.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel also has great amenities like a swimming pool, spa and delicious dining options. You'll definitely enjoy your time at Fraser Suites Diplomatic Area. I will always stay there every time I go to Bahrain because it's one of the best and located near all new places in Bahrain and its in the heart of Manama, close to all the major attractions such as: Bahrain National Museum, Bahrain Souq, Bahrain Fort, Al Fateh Grand Mosque, Bahrain Harbour, The Avenues and much more.

Everything was perfect

Amazing Hotel , luxury & the space is wide specially in the living room with kitchen tools & enough for more than 2 guests since there’s 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms too , Thanks to ANJILA the receptionist for being super kind & helpful for arranging every thing I requested and helping more . The room service was also good I tried their pizza it was really nice & fresh .

The smaller room had an issue with the A/c it was never really fixed . And there’s no Outdoor pool so I had to go to another hotel at Raddison blue & pay for an entrance just to use their outdoor pool . I wish this hotel had one because that’s the only thing missing for us since we need some sun & tan on day time .

Fraser Hotel in the diplomatic area has an excellent location near the avenues, Al-Maared, and Souq Almanama. In addition, fantastic staff and a nice swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and an efficient gym. Nasa was a fantastic staff at the hotel reception. All the staff were nice and friendly. I appreciated that the hotel does not serve alcohol. I will not hesitate to choose this hotel again on my next visit to Bahrain with my family.

Everything seemed great. However, you need to be a little more careful if you drive in and out of the parking as is the case in multi-story parking facilities.
