Before going I read many reviews about how unsatisfied people are. But probably they haven't been to a hostel before. I mean obviously for that low price the standards are a bit lower. I have been to many hostels and this was just a average nice hostel to me. Nothing special but nothing bad either. What stood out to me though, was how welcoming and friendly the guy at the front desk was. I think that also adds to the experience there! And the bed was also comfortable. The hostel is near a metro station which was also important for me. All in all a good hostel

Some parts were a bit dirty (like every hostel which is completely normal) and at night, the area seems a tiny bit sketchy to me as a someone who does not live there, but I think that goes for many areas in Milan.

Good location, walking distance to Lampugnano bus station, where I took the bus on early morning and also from Piazzale Lotto, where Malpensa airport shuttle stops. I had only 2 other (European) girls in my room, we didn't bother each other. The door to the room can be locked. Price is very good for Milano.

Hostel was full of sketchy people: old men staring at you in the garden as you pass by; Filipinas washing their clothes and singing loudly in the common bathroom; Indian families, including babies and men on the women's floor (although the terms state that men cannot enter the women's floor). The light in the bathroom turns on and off randomly, so half of the time you have shower in the dark. The water doesn't go down normally. There is a window between the room and the corridor, light automatically turns on every time somebody is in the corridor, so bring your sleeping mask.

Very clean, quiet, comfy and perfect location for gigs in San siro area. I was worried reading all the previous reviews but the hostel was perfect for what I needed! I booked a bed in a 4 bed female dorm room with bathroom inside. There was only one person in the room when I got there and another one came later at night after a gig. Regardless being very late everyone was very quiet and managed to sleep with no issues. Bathroom was ok, not sorry at all like everyone else say. If you’re looking for a convenient place to sleep after a gig in San siro or ippodromo this is the place! Also, staff was extremely friendly!

Nothing I didn’t like but only a suggestion for the staff. During gigs season it would help to ask people when they book if they are coming for a gig so that other people in the rooms don’t get disturbed if other guests are coming back late from gigs. I didn’t have any issues at all but it could help if other guests want to sleep and people come back late from gigs.

Locatie

The fact that the people that work hear value Italians more then actuall tourist. On the website it said full booked since I slept here the night before I asked the guy already in the morning if there is a bed free to give it to me and he said no problem now we are fully booked but once there is one open we will contact you since I had to leave my luggage there at the storage so when I came back while still looking for a hotel I saw the guy giving 2 other guys a bed but they also didn’t have a booking he told me to wait while waiting I saw him once again giving another guy a room ! But hey I was still there waiting waiting and waiting at the end for him to tell me to leave the Ostel

The shared women dorm I stayed at was very clean, the bathroom too and the towels given at the beginning of my stay smelled really nice as well. It’s pretty big and I enjoyed my time in the Shared Living/Leisure Room.

the wifi had difficulty reaching all the way up to the third flood (where I was at) and some people staying at the hostel seemed sketchy (but to be fair I understand considering the price)

Great location, breakfast included is a plus!! I don't think you'll get much better for the amount of money it costed. Great to just crash and be out all day

The room smelled like something had died in there. Sketchy looks and people, I wouldn't use the facilities lobby/coworking/kitchen. very spooky place. I wouldn't go out of my room

I was traveling for only one night .. needed a bed & breakfast at an affordable cost. The check-in was smooth even though I arrived very late, the staff were very kind & supportive. Highly recommend ° 🇮🇹😀

I can't leave any disliked comments, because in such a hostel you should not have high expectations! ..& it was good.. really good & safe.

The staff were amazing, very helpful when asked about trains and buses etc. When we arrived it was late and the staff arranged a pizza delivery with no delivery charge which we ate in the communal area and were provided with glasses and napkins. It had a really homey atmosphere with games to play in the communal areas.

Couldn’t get hot water, although we were only there two nights so it didn’t really bother us having cold ones and I’m sure if it was brought to the staffs attention it would have been sorted.

The staff was great, they even said they could make a small breakfast which wasn't normally included. Sadly, this time the one in charge of the breakfast wasn't able to make it for reason. I really like QT8 and the surroundings are great, not too much people.

Whenever you go out, you have to put your room key to the basket. This way they'll secure you don't lose the key but this method is a little unique to me but it worked great since the place has staff 24/7.

Dodgy breakfast. Mini hard toast, jams and coffee. Preferred my breakfast when I used to be in prison. The glass was better tasting. Location was so far away from the centre I walked through the desolate wasteland to get to Milan. Literally almost drank out of a fountain as I thought it was a bar but it was just a mirage.
