We liked the size and layout of our room. We were able to checkout cookware at the desk and grocery stores were nearby. The room and appliances were clean. Also the desk personnel were very professional, helpful and available whenever we needed assistance. All in all it was a great stay and we hope to stay there again the next time we visit our family

The bed needed a new mattress as it was too soft and we both rolled to the middle. Also the sheets did not properly fit the bed so in the morning the sheets were loose and uncomfortable. The pillows were also old and lumpy.

The staff was very friendly. The room was up to date and spacious. Very clean and well maintained. The parking lot is well lit so not worried about our car.

The room was close to the side door so you could hear it every time it opened and slammed shut. We stayed all weekend, so they didn't tidy up the room. We put the dirty towels outside our room that morning for housekeeping to leave clean ones. When we got back to our room that night, they were still there so we had to take them down to the front desk to get clean ones before we could shower.

The bed was so comfortable that as soon as I laid down I was out there is only 1 thing I would change the lighting is far from great even if you have all the lights on it is still very low light almost dark how ever in the daytime the large window provides lots of sun light that fills the room.

The poor lighting would be the only thing that was not top rated

Walking distance from restaurants and bowling alley. 5 minutes from the jobsite. There was also a Walmart 3 minutes down the road. Laundry was convenient. The gazebo was nice for the smoking area.

Side door wouldn’t work with key for a day or so after we checked in, but would after that for whatever reason. Only 1 elevator. There was only 1 designated smoking area and would get crowded at times.

It was clean and easy to access - some staff were helpful

The evening staff were not helpful - we needed some cleaning products for the washing machine, but they didn’t have anything and didn’t try and help out. There were no black out curtains in the bedroom , which made it harder to sleep

The room was large with a kitchenette area. It was clean and we were given a box of dishes to use during our stay. The bed was comfortable...in fact the entire experience was great.

We were happy with our two day stay. No complaints!

The amenities in the kitchen allowed me to maintain my healthy eating routine.

The majority of the front desk staff lacks patience and customer service skills. They would rather be elsewhere.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Only stayed one night so did not utilize kitchen facilities.

No ice machine so have to plan ahead by turning on refrigerator to make ample ice. No cups or any utensils if planning on eating. Breakfast minimal

The rooms (booked 2) were very VERY roomy and very well appointed. The bathroom was huge. Everything was clean and the beds comfy. Staff at the reception was professional and polite. When I notified her a man was on his phone, talking loudly with 2 beers open between my door and his (the next room), she immediately came and asked him to move back into his room.

Breakfast was definitely lacking.

Excellent location in the centre of town, easy access to the downtown area as well as west side. Super close to the highway which made it easier to get to and from the airport. Frenchie at the front desk is the ideal person to make one feel welcomed and at home.
