The view to the lake, the pool and the sauna house were beyond expectations. Staff is nice and the hotel is very clean and modern. Absolutely kids friendly. The room and especially the bathroom was spacious.

We just had minor issues, nothing really bothering. The soundproofing of the floors are bad, lighting in the room could be a little better. We were expecting a kitchen in the room, since it is an apartment hotel, but we didn't have one.

Excellent location, with lake views from apartment. Wonderful beach access and facilities by lake including beds, sauna and refreshments. We also enjoyed the food a lot, healthy and delicious. Staff very lovely and helpful and apartment very clean.

The inside of our apartment needed some maintenance/ repair/ change of furniture. One of beds felt old and uncomfortable (dipped in middle), too many enormous wardrobes in every room but not a single table in sitting room to put a drink on, quite a few lights didn’t work.

Great location and very responsive staff. Large room. I am not a vegetarian, for me the experience of consuming plant-based food was new. But I was pleasantly surprised and even delighted by the variety of cuisine and taste. It was very delicious, satisfying, and aesthetic.

Spacious apartment with large balcony and wonderful views of the lake and mountains

My son who has dust and animal hair allergy immediately noticed on arrival that the bedroom set him off. We swapped rooms which helped somewhat, but it was still there and affected his sleep.

Just a perfect location right on the lakeside with a private beach area. Rich possibilities for inside spa, pool, sauna usage. The room was cozy and well equipped. The place you want to return for sure!

The Apartmenthotel belongs to the same people as "Strandhotel am Weissensee", located just few minutes away, does. So, when we arrived there was nobody from the stuff at the premise, and it took us quite a while to understand where we can actually get the key for our apartment (it's to be done at the reception desk at "Strandhotel am Weissensee"). Other that this a bit strange check-in experience, the rest was just great!

We came without a restaurant reservation and the hotel could not accommodate us.

The property is beautiful with amazing amenities. We have visited during both summer and winter and they are equally fantastic. The staff are kind and helpful and make this hotel all the better.

The location was convenient, the room had a kitchenette and a very nice bathroom with a tub.

Had to pay a fee for bringing the dog (20€ per night) which is fine, but it wasn't mentioned beforehand - we found out after we paid half the price of the stay.

For about 15 minutes we tried to find the reception, going around all the buildings, but there were no signs or messages. In the end, you need to go to another hotel (300m) to pick up your keys there. There are no microwave, no frying pan, no coffee capsules in the room, so the kitchen is as useless as possible, it is impossible to cook anything there (only 1 cooking pot). Sound insulation is zero, so get ready to wake up at 6 am with screaming children behind the wall. If you decide to order breakfast, then another surprise awaits you: the hotel restaurant is completely vegetarian. But the choice there is poor even for vegans (25€)
