The room had an amazing smart system managed through an iPad, which includes very cool lighting/ambience in the room. The decoration is also very interesting. I love how the bed is nestled next to the window. I am also grateful by the amount of pillows (4 per bed). The staff were very nice.

The bed and pillows were soft, my back did not appreciate that. The after 10 pm snacks were not free. I am only saying this because in the neighbouring hotel they were, and after a late Olympic event, they were very much appreciated. Similar hotels were at a more reasonable price than this one, so I feel that maybe they did went a bit overboard during the Olympics with that price. BTW, I still prefer staff checking me in instead of faulty automated software.

Check in/out is really easy in their app and means you get come and go as you like. Staff were lovely and friendly. Parking there felt secure and easy to access for a reasonable price. Also a close enough walk to the metro that we did everything we wanted to in a 3 day stay. The breakfast was really good with alot of food choice, should be made more obvious if the drinks are included in the breakfast price. Hotel is full of tech, room is controlled via app on your phone which can control lighting etc. Really cool. Excellent price for what we got

I really enjoyed my stay at CitizenM Hotel Paris! They offered a really nice room at an incredible rate and were beyond great to work with. From the moment of check-in, the staff were very friendly, attentive, and informative. As I roamed the city and returned, they noticed small things like me having full hands so they'd pause their work and get the elevator for me. Additionally, the hotel offers a great selection of food, drinks, and snacks for when you want to chill and relax inside for a bit. Finally, I want to give a shout-out to Nicolas for the outstanding service provided to me on my final day. I needed some additional time to pack and he was super chill about the whole thing. I got downstairs and he helped me to get lunch, stored my bags for me, and told me to make myself at home until I was going to leave for my flight. He was very personal and offered a level of customer service that I'll always remember. I can't forget to mention the cool technology system they're using, you can literally control your entire stay from the tablet in your room. I used the tablet to control my lights, adjust the blinds, order food, adjust the room's climate, and to adjust the TV. If and when I return to Paris, I'll be staying at CitizenM Hotel once again. Thank you all so much!

The hotel is relatively new, the rooms are clean and quiet but rather small.

Breakfast is good but overpriced (EUR 19), as a result there were very few people having breakfast there in the morning. The bed has a strange arrangement. It is next to the window with walls surrounding it on three sides. If two persons sleep there, one has to climb over the other person to get to / from the bed. The hotel instructions claim that the bed is a square which is not the case - if you change the position so that both people can leave the bed using the only side not facing a wall, the bed is shorter.

Of course it's not a 5-star hotel but it's absolutely perfect solution for the short stay in Paris. It has excellent location nearby big shopping mall and hub of different routes of public transport (also direct train line to Disney Land). The breakfast is amazing!!! The rooms provide smart management of all internal stuff from iPad (light, curtains, TV, etc). The staff is very hospitality and always ready to help you. If travel to Paris in future will stay here again.

It's not a dislike but to be aware of: The room is quite small, the bathroom is like an aquarium with mat glass (be careful if you are travel not alone and not with family :) ).

The room was spacious and well-decorated, featuring modern furniture and a very comfortable bed. However, we were disappointed to find that there’s no guaranteed view of La Grande Arche, as only a small number of rooms face it, yet this is the main reasons we chose the hotel. We did enjoy the breakfast, which had a good selection of fresh items, and the overall aesthetic of the hotel was lovely, with a chic and modern design throughout. The staff were absolutely exceptional, & helpful. The hotel is also well-situated, near a large metro station, making it easy to get around the city and explore.

We were disappointed to find that there’s no guaranteed view of La Grande Arche, as only a small number of rooms face it. Unfortunately, we arrived late, and there was no way to reserve these specific rooms in advance, even though they were pictured on Booking.com. This was a bit of a letdown, as the view was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel.

Attending Olympic waterpolo Event right across the road from hotel ,perfect location . Hotel was very busy ,but staff were exceptional,friendly and couldn’t be more helpful . Rooms were very modern ,and being able to watch English tv channels and stream from the phone to TV was great . Relaxing areas in hotel spacious both indoor and outdoor areas . We stayed on 9th floor and view was great . Will return on my next trip to Paris .

Air conditioning didn’t work great ,rooms became a bit warm and stuffy at times even with sun blind down . No twin rooms only double ,which meant myself and brother having to share .

The place is colorful and with a different concept from other hotels. It made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I like how you kept the place clean and with smiling personnel. I did not get the names though of the 3 people who assisted us during check-in, dinner, and check out. I pray they continue to be friendly and patient and excel in their chosen work life.

It's more of an observation that the management can address. We found two personnel who were sitting down at the dining area. If a customer comes in, they just look at them and do nothing. They might be on a break, but I understand there is a designated place where they can do that, not in the area where customers assume they are on the clock. The bartender was then the one who assisted us instead.

Overall, everything was great, a very modern hotel with a nice design. I want to give a special mention to the SitizenM staff, particularly the girl who assisted us with the check-in process. It was her first day on the job, and she was very polite and helpful. I wish her all the best in her new role. This was my first time staying at SitizenM, and I was very satisfied. I also appreciate the fact that the bar was open at night. This hotel is in front of La Defence Arena. And that was the reason why I chose it.

What could be better it's breakfast. I can't say that it was bad, but "there is room for growth") For instance, It would be great if there were more varieties of cheese and vegetables available. Adding more options would elevate the breakfast experience and make it even more enjoyable.

In fact, I liked everything: the location in the business center, the view from the window is gorgeous, the hotel itself is very, very beautiful inside, the staff is very friendly, clean, the breakfast is very tasty, especially the cheese and eggs are very tasty, perfect! A good selection of pastries. Technological room is so convenient when after a working day you don't have to get out of bed and you can get everything with one click of a button on the tablet. Super satisfied, I highly recommend it, there are no drawbacks!
