Great location, cool building, polite, kind and helpful staff, nice art and design as interior. The fitness-rooms and swimming pool at the top floor provide a spectacular view over Lodz and the recently developed Manufaktura-site. The building and the surrounding is very interesting and tells a lot about the history of the city. Don't forget to visit the city-palace at the corner of the street!

The windows in the rooms are quite small. Unfortunately the roof terrace wasn't open while we stayed (because of the weather that was still cold). These are just minor details. After this stay we travelled further to another hotel, wished we stayed here longer.

We liked everything :-) normally there is always something to improve but ANDEL's Lodz is just perfect. We booked a standard-suit with around 80m2 - the suite was even much better than expected. We love the industrial style and also the pieces of art. The top of comfort was the second toilet - this allowed my wife to the bath as long she wanted :-) The breakfast was great too - normally I eat the same stuff every day, but in ANDEL's the choice is so great that I changed nearly daily. The location i great too - the building makes part of "manufaktura" and also "Piotrowska" is just around the corner. Hence we left the car and visited all great places by walking (we love to walk). We surely will come back and will ask for "our" room again. CU soon ;-)

Every time we visit Lodz, we stay at Andel's. It is stylish hotel located within the complex of Manufaktura close to the shopping centre, many different restaurants and the outdoor recreation centre. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The menu offered a variety of delicious options. We also appreciated the swimming pool and the well-equipped fitness center, which allowed us to stick to our workout routine, Additionally, the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel made it easy to stay connected. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Andel's.

We booked Andel's through Booking.com. However, at our check-in, we were informed that the hotel had not received our reservation. For that reason, we had not been sent an invitation by email. In the end, all was clarified and we were able to get a room.

Vienna House by Wyndham is a great example of the revitalization of a post-industrial building. Our Premium Suite 117 was the largest and the tallest one we have ever stayed in. It was a beautifully and very artistically arranged apartment with a bedroom, a living room, a dining room, two toilets and a spacious bathroom. The works of photographic art by Mikołaj Długosz are displayed on the walls. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast varied and very tasty.

Fortunately, it was not me, but my husband who parked the car in the hotel's underground garage. Due to the dense grid of structural pillars of the historic building, parking the car and leaving the parking lot was a breakneck task. Looking at the abrasions, on the concrete protection of the structure, many cars did not manage to leave there unscathed.

Just excellent! Got aditional bed for a child with no extra charge. Bed and pillows are to die for. Hotel us a boutique masterpiece. Every single thing is organised with care and thought about client. Breakfast is a gourme exhibition!!!! Even separate section for vegans! Entertaiment point for children. Amazing place to stay!

Sparkling wine at breakfast would make it even better :)

The Location is in Manufactura so that's the place to be. I had initially high expectations of the hotel and most of these were met, although it was a rather busy period due to the town's 600 celebrations. The staff is very pragmatic and constructive and were able to help us with storing the food we were carrying with us in a separate fridge because the room Fridges weren't big enough for the stuff we brought. We know it's not a normal request, and not everyone would do so much to help. The Bar/Kitchen guys did. Respect. When allocating the room, they were careful and allocated us room exactly as we asked for. Thanks.

Because of the festival time and probably the full occupancy of all the rooms, there were no bathrobes for us. After the check-in, we didn't find any in the room and then saw other guests approaching the pool wearing bathrobes as it should be. The room service was helpless to help us because of the shortage. Besides, room service, reception, and kitchen guys..all are a team and doing their best to help. Also, one matter to improve is approaching these via phone and reaching a prompt resolution or answer. When a guest is calling, it is odd to be transferred from line to line and be put on hold for over 10 minutes.

My wife is from Lodz and we were married in Lodz. We stayed here for our seventh anniversary. The view from the pool is arguably the best in the city. The location of the hotel at Manufaktura is incredible and one would be hard pressed to find a more unique location is other cities of similar size around the world.

Nothing really. My wife and I joked about having to walk a half a kilometer to get to the main lobby from the room, but that is part of the size and scale of this incredibly unique and historical hotel.

The hotel is located in Manufaktura area which has nice restaurants and shops. Room was spacious, with a working desk and very comfortable bed. Staff is friendly and can assist you if you need to book a taxi. There are really nice additional facilities, such as a sauna and a swimming pool.

You can have occasional issues with the access card to the room and elevators. A cleaning liquid was left in my kettle.

We didn’t have hot water but warm enough to have shower. we needed to give a bath to our little one. It had to be done very fast so we simply warmed the water in a kettle. During checkout they told us we could inform them about it because it happens sometimes and then they just call a technician to fix it. In my opinion it’s unbelievable they have such issues in general. Besides, there’s a sauna but steam sauna is not a turkish sauna so it could be explained better. It’s a finish sauna with oil bowl which hangs above the heater, that’s all. Water wasn’t hot in showers in the spa area as well..
