It was extremely clean, good location, easy check in and check out, wonderful breakfast

No kettle, no bottle of water.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Prize by Radisson in Dortmund City, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar, which offered stunning views of the city and was a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Prize by Radisson for anyone visiting Dortmund. It offers excellent value for money, a prime location, and top-notch service. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to the city!

The hotel is located in the city center, 5min walk from the train station and close to public transportation. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in the hotel proximity. The room was modern, very clean and with comfortable bed. The temperature was excellent as well. Big shower cabin with hot water. The breakfast include various type of cheese, meats, salads, eggs and some sweets. The coffe is excellent.

Something to prepare a hot tea in the room will be nice. Also please consider to include some fresh fruits for the breakfast (at least apples and bananas).

The quality of the room was very good. The room had a separate toilet and shower room. Good if you are traveling as a couple. The quality of the breakfast is excellent. Bedsheets and towels were new and fresh. The room was scruplously clean. The HD quality TV had 30+ channels, however no international media. Location is less than 10 minutes walk from the rail station and the center of Dortmund, "Markt" Decently priced for the quality provided.

When I checked in I specifically asked when the breakfast begins in the morning, as my departure would be early on Saturday morning, and I had to be at the railway station at 07:00. I was told that the breakfast begins at 06:00. This turned out to be true for weekdays, but not in the weekend so I had to leave with an empty stomach. I should have double-checked, it was advised on the postage stamp-size card that was provided in the folder with the key card. So, beware, and read the fine print on that little card. The bed was excellent except the pillow which is stiff as a rock.

The building was originally the Gesundheitsamt, a beautiful building from 1960 with postwar modern architecture, since it is protected all the original distribution remains, but is completely renovated. The rooms are in what used to be the offices. There is an interesting old elevator, along with a big modern one. The design and colors of the rooms is all reminiscent of the 50s. I found it extremely interesting.

Personal preference, but the bed was flabby.

Great location. It’s in the city center and around 10 min walk from Hbf. Wouldn’t recommend staying closer to Hbf cause there’s a lot of homeless people around and people doing drugs. This location is perfect. It’s in front of a shopping mall. The room was clean and comfortable. Not noisy.

If you’re staying with friends or family the shower might be a bit awkward. It’s inside the room. So if you’re laying in bed you can see the shower on your right. It was fine for me cause I was staying alone but keep that in mind if you’re with someone.

The hotel location was perfect, everything was near: shopping centre, opera house, park, hospital, restaurants etc. The room was very clean with modern design and minimalistic details. Even shampoo in bath was antiallergic. The hotel has nice restaurant with spectacular view on city. I didn't book breakfast, however I could drink coffee/tea until 10:30 a.m for free. So I recommend prizeotel! 😊❣️

one thing I'd wish is, more additional towel rack in the toilet

It was a pleasant stay. The room was super clean and comfortable. Hotel itself was big and modern and in a quiet, clean and safe area. Not so far from train station, but u have to walk a bit. Staff were polite and helpful. I didn’t have breakfast but i had a free coffee :) (which i didn’t use, but it’s pleasant to have any free offers) big bar, restaurant at the rooftop. I just stayed gor one night, and it was great.

All was great. Just some suggestions maybe: a waste bin and sleepers would be great to have in the room.

We didn't have breakfast, but I was surprized by the fact that there was free cofee or tea in the morning. The biggest surpize was the flavoured coffee option! Delicious! The room was very modern and clean

The air conditioner would start automatically and couldn't be stopped from the control panel in the room. We had to call a couple of times the staff from the hotel to help us with that. The third time they offered another room, but with a similar problem.

The design of the hotel was appealing. One highlight was the breakfast experience, especially the pancake-making machine, which added a delightful touch to start the day. The combination of the strategic location, near the city centre where the Christmas market is located, appealing design, and breakfast amenities made our stay memorable and enjoyable.

One drawback that I didn't appreciate about the hotel was the absence of parking space, which made it inconvenient for guests with vehicles.
