I arrived late to check in yet the staff at the front desk was accommodating, I was checked into my hotel in less than 10 minutes and snuggled into soft clean sheets. The room had a microwave, fridge, flat screen, and even a day bed by the window. My coworker who forgot a few items was able to get them right from the front desk. Overall a very comfortable stay and great value for the price.

I shared a room with my coworker and was not able to get much work done at the desk because the light was keeping them up. If there was a smaller reading lamp on the desk it would've been perfect.

My friend and I really liked Kennedy, at the front desk. She met us when we came in and helped us with our bags and offered suggestions on where to eat and what to see. Very personable. Breakfast was ok--food was good but no variety when you stay for more than one day--same exact food each day.

I know it wasn't their fault that the elevator wasn't working but we didn't know about it until the day we were suppose to check in. They did move us from the 4th floor to the 2nd, but my friend had had surgery and didn't think she could handle the stairs, and the response was "We'll cancel your reservation." That was unacceptable because we were already on our way--a 4 hour trip--and we needed a place to stay. No first floor room was available--but Kennedy did help my friend carry her luggage up to our second floor room. Oh, and there wasn't any fruit for breakfast until Monday, the day we left. That would have been nice to have every day (we were there Friday-Monday).

Staff were very helpful and quick check-in and check-out. The room was very nice and well equip with ironing board, microwave, fridge and tv. Breakfast was nice, small amount of cooked food and some snacks, plus coffee and juice.

The windows were a little poor in blocking out the noise from the road near by. Traffic could be heard throughout the night, so if you are a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. They were kind enough to accommodate us by putting us on the first floor after having assigned us to the third floor since the elevator doesn’t work.

Elevator doesn’t work and it should be stated that it doesn’t especially for people that can’t walk stairs due to health issues (husband just recently had open heart surgery). I also requested a first floor room but was assigned a third floor room even after they said they could accommodate my request.

Breakfast was good would of liked to have pancakes or waffles but everything else was great.

The only problem as the water was off when we got there, but when we return to the hotel the water was back on. The carpets in our room needed to be clean but other than that the room is as nice.

Everything inside was clean. The staff was very friendly I like the washer & dryer you can use.

The pool wasn't very clean.. that was my only complaint..

The exterior and interior were recently painted. The breakfast options have something for everyone - fruit, yogurt, cereal, pancakes, muffins, sausage, eggs, juice, milk, and coffee.

The carpet and curtains need to be replaced. The hotel has been under renovation, so hopefully these changes are in the plans.

The cleanliness and location was top tier.

The keycard didn’t work, they gave us 2 keycards only one worked until I call my self getting another one reprogrammed and at that time the front desk attempted reprogrammed both but from that point neither worked..

Staff very friendly..Room very clean...breakfast was fresh and good!

The pool looked as if it hadn't been used so they didn't clean it the bottom had lots of algea and felt greasy.... The room we had was right by hwy and actually quite loud from the traffic...all night long heard vehicles passing by...

Location was excellent!! Friendly staff. Reported a problem and it was corrected immediately!!! Excellent customer service. Breakfast was good would have been nice to change up some. Rooms were cleaned. Bed was very comfortable!!

Had problem with ants but was immediately corrected and moved to another room.
