The ladies in the front desk were a little busy and overwhelmed there was lots of people trying to check in at the same time . But they were still awesome good attitude. I know one of the girls name is Maria I forgot the other ladies name but they were great i give them a 10 star . As a matter of fact I rented agsin for 4 of July thanks to the wonderful workers u have there even the maintenance guys because we had a issue with our air conditioner they still acomódate us to a different room not far from the other . We had a great time Ty to all ur staff especially those girls in the front desk because it could get a little overwhelming but they did great. I really appreciate it ….

The best location, very clean and nice rooms, comfortable bed and pillows..any noise , I was worried about the bad reviews in the booking website. The front desk supervisor supper nice and busy all the time, but always with the priority for the guests, I can complain about the Neptune hotel...I was there in the pass..

The description for the room in booking website is not the reality. Nothing to see with the reality..I was waiting for better room the bigger side , it is very small ,too small and ogly room.when my husband refused to stay there...we going ti the front desk, they moved for 3 other rooms 😀 💙 😉. Thanks God..other people was complaining about the same problem.. the 2 rooms apartment is to small no picture like booking have..

Newly renovated Jr. Apartment was exceptionally clean. We've been coming here for years for the apartments with direct view of ocean. It was refreshing to see that the apartment was renovated. We used the grill which was brand new. The property is quiet and we've never had an issue with crime while staying here.

The knob on the stove in our unit can easily be turned by brushing against it since it is at waist level, not on the top. I had to keep checking to make sure we didn't accidently turn it on.

The location, the comfy, clean beds.

AC stuck on HIGH and the remote for the AC was not working / was missing the battery. I went to the front desk and Security came to check the remote but was not able to do anything because the maintenance crew was already gone for the night. The room was freezing. We had to unplug the AC unit to get the room to warm up. No cups in the kitchen for coffee maker.

The staff, is overwhelmed with the many hotels they are trying to handle, making check-in a long and lengthy process. Our first room given to us had an extremely bad cat urine odor and the A.C was not working. The new room was perfect, except that it had roaches. There was even a surprise one, frozen inside the icecube tray. They did spray the next day, but we had to kill a few.

***didn’t actually stay at the Neptune. got switch to the “Ocean Princess”*** location and comfortability. Lobby staff was amazing. Handled lots of hot, irritable customers amazingly (Especially Ronnie he is a Saint went above and beyond for customers, even the ones that were rude and disrespectful.)

I think you guys my need a 2nd lobby especially around check in. line went out of the door in the heat and I had yo wait over an hr to check in

right on the beach and the view was amazing my daughter left her Apple Watch in the night stand drawer and we didn’t realize it until we were headed to airport. I contacted the property immediately and they spent 2 days looking for it and contacting staff and new clients in that room. unfortunately it was never found (probly taken by new clients that checked in and couldn’t be truthful about finding it.) but we were all grateful at the exterior of the staff food trying To locate it and staying in touch with us the whole time.

It was a little loud. However it should be expected because of location Room did not have toothpaste

third floor room - beautiful and a great deal! staff was very friendly and always patient and kind when interacting with them. parking is a little stressful but they were always helpful. room which was really a beautiful apartment as it was huge was amazing! stairwells and steps look like they are in desperate need of repair but honestly the staff was beyond amazing and the location and condition of the room was great.

the owner should really consider the expenditure of refreshing the stairwells and exterior doors.

Check in a major problem. Several attempts by staff to get in room. Hour and 15 min of walking back and forth to office. Later that evening a family with child had a 2 hr debacle to get in room next to ours. Also office not clearly identified and had to ask where it was.
