This is a really good hotel. Well run with lovely staff. You get a great breakfast with everything you could want. I will definitely stay again. I felt very comfortable. It's really close to the Shrine of Padre Pio.

The room rate changes on busy nights over the weekend but this happens in many places.

The breakfast is very yummy. Our family enjoyed so much. It was a great morning to be welcome with the breakfast and the hotel staff is very kind. Made effort to get milk for my son for his cornflakes. Special thanks to the hotel staff Mr Donenico. He is so kind, helped me to call the church to enquire on the mass in English. He has very good service when we check in. Beautiful stay at hotel fini, will come back again...

Almost everything, except for the lack of veggie salad for breakfast.

While waiting for our trip back to Rome, there was a police investigation going on in the cafeteria. A police officer was there talking to a man, whom I presume iwas a guest in the hotel. What could it be???? A guest who lost something in his stay there or had a problem with a staff or with another guest...a query for me??? I asked the lady in the reception and she said she did not know what happened.

Good location; breakfast was nice and tasty with lots to choose from, so everyone will find something for themselves. It has nice terrace to enjoy a drink in the evening

Not everyone at the reception speaks English; our ID’s were kept at the reception overnight; coffee for breakfast… doesn’t taste or look like coffee.

The room was fine. Nice balcony outside the room to enjoy a glass of wine on. Breakfast was included and was excellent- more than just a croissant and cup of coffee. The location in town was adequate- short walk up the hill to bus station and Padre Pio Basilica.

Friendly staff. 3 course dinners, incl. wine for 20EU seemed reasonable. Clean and as advertised.

Breakfast could use a better cheese selection. (Kraft slices in plastic???)

Thank you to young the lady from the reception- Graze or Graziana for her help and professionalism. She was the only one able to speak in English and to give me the right help and advice. Your town -San Giovanni Rotondo is the famous place all over the world, you have turists from all over the world over there, but almost nobody is able to speak English or even French or German or Spanish language. And that's a big shame, because people who travelled so long distance to your town and spend there quite a lot of money deserve much better service there. Even in the room was no sign in foreign languages for the guests, no booklet, no welcome letter, no cattle, nothing just some notice on the door from the back side and of course- in Italian language. The hotel is excellent, great location, very friendly customer service, good food and great coffee too. The staff were very helpful at all time and the location is perfect, just 5 minutes walking from the shrine!!

Location was perfect for why we were there. We did not have breakfast included in our price. We defiantly would go back.
