Room was very clean with an amazing view of the sea and town. Hotel was quite quiet which was a bonus. Lovely breakfast with all options catered for. Pool area was quiet so always had sunbeds available. Secure car park available but probably not needed as plenty of parking nearby. All public areas inside were clean and tidy too. Staff very friendly, even with our limited ability to speak Spanish :) Walking distance to the port, downhill going and uphill on return taking around 15 mins. Supermarket within walking distance too so very convenient location.

Pool area could do with more attention, looking a little tired and needs cleaning more regularly....cushion covers etc Inside cocktail bar wasn't open so drinks only available at the pool bar....could do with one more member of staff on duty. Food not served anywhere in the hotel between 15:30 and 20:30 which is really bizarre! We arrived and went down to the bar around 16:00 starving after our flight....but no food available! Never known this in a hotel before....missing a trick... even if only snacks available would be better than nothing.

Reception were very helpful, and our room ( Premium Delux with Sea View) was very good. A large double bed was very comfortable and daily housekeeping kept it very clean with fresh linen and towels when asked for. We stayed in mid May 24 and the hotel was not packed. The bar and restaurant staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. Breakfast was buffet and had a good selection of cereals, pastries and bread. A good selection of cold meat and cheese, and a small selection of hot food. Unlimited tea, coffee and fruit juices. The restaurant menu is not extensive, but what we ate was good. My wife was in a wheelchair and lifts were fine, access around the pool area, bars, and restaurants was good.Our room required us to navigate 4 steps on the way from the lift, which we knew about, and chose this rather than an accessible room.

Great location with fantastic vistas from the pool area. Staff are friendly and efficient, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Restaurant prices are resonable, especially with the 15%discount card. The buffet breakfast at 12 euros is the best we've had on this trip. ( we did a road trip, and this was the 6th hotel that we stayed in) The hotel was so good we stayed an extra night. We will definitely be back again in the off-season as it would be very busy in the summer.

Nothing that we didn't like as such: Our room was small, but that was our choice (cost) as we were only originally staying 2 nights.

This hotel is generally clean and modern, we love the Buddha-esque relaxation theme throughout, it feels really tranquil. We would recommend booking a sea view room. Room 232 has a gorgeous view from the balcony, so much so that my partner actually proposed to me there 🥰. The pool is beautiful and you can order drinks from the hotel bar to have whilst sunbathing. It cost us €6 for 2 rosés which is super cheap. Staff are generally friendly.

Pool could do with being cleaned a little more often. The sunbeds aren’t majorly comfy.

Every member of the Ramada team were friendly. Outdoor area to sun bathe was spacious, had enough room to enjoy the peace. Great view of the town. The pool was just a nice size. The rooms were clean, spacious, lovely balcony area and view. The shower room was modern and clean, lovely size. The room had all the facilities I would need, aircon, iron/board, fridge, complimentary water. Breakfast times good, all either an early start or late lie in. The buffet breakfast was lovely everything I would want and tasted delicious.

I can’t say there was anything I would change. I think you were able to hire pool towels but that wasn’t obvious or any signs for that, but that is very minor and no impact on my stay.

The location was difficult if you have walking difficulties as the hills to the port area and beach are hard to walk Feel that’s it’s slightly over priced per night for what it is Room service they never answered the phone after trying 3 times and reception never answer to ! Only down side Not great at making cocktails as unsure of ingredients and no passion making it

Fantastc hotel.perched overlooking Mazarron and the port. 4th floor room with awesome sea views. The room was spotlessly clean. A good size with a huge comfortable super king size bed, ensuite bathroom, small fridge and tv. UK plug point aswell.as Euro points. Balcony over looking the town with perfect views of the sea, with table and 2 chairs. Nice sized pool and gardens with an outside bar. Staff were extremely pleasant and accomodating.

Not much to dislike other than a large beer costing €5 at the poolside bar.

Sadly the quality of the food let this hotel down. We had dinner there the first night, the margherita pizza showed no sign of tomato sauce or cheese it was so overcooked, it was basically akin to a poor quality supermarket pizza. My pasta sauce wasn’t cooked well, far too many capers, a simple pasta sauce like the one I ordered shouldn’t be difficult. The prices were good though and the portions abundant. Breakfast equally wasn’t as good as it should’ve been for such a hotel. Just green apples for fresh fruit despite being in Spain? Good variety of juices but none of them freshly squeezed? A standard chain hotel breakfast but the little details were missing - freshness isn’t hard to achieve.

Stylish room and lovely to have a sunny balcony. Bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. The pool and bar areas were really nice - decent sun loungers and different styles of tables/cabanas to sit out and enjoy a drink out of the sun. We stayed in Oct so the hotel was fairly quiet. Really good value for money.

Location is good for the view - it’s up a hill so you get a fabulous view and walking into town or the beach is easy, but you might need to take a taxi back if you’re not fit

Big bathroom, very good shower, terrace with nice view. Free parking on the street. Good equiped room, except for coffee/tea facilities (only instant, expired products, see negative points).

Coffee/tea facilities in room: the instant coffee was molded! The coffee powder was blue/green of color. I tried all bags, they were clearly expired. I went to the reception to show the blue/green coffee, they did not look surprised, quickly trew it away and promised to bring new bags to our room. We waited for 20 minutes, then checked out without any coffee. I think it would have been a small gesture to offer us a real cup of coffee! Expected more of a Ramada Resort Hotel! (Luckily there's many bars in the surroundings to have a real coffee.)
