The hotel is consistent with the hold of the other Hampton experiences I’ve had it’s a little on the pricey side but overall it was decent. I would appreciate it an actual fan in the bathroom to help with the unpleasant sents sometimes.

Like I said, an actual fan in the bathroom, could be better for the overall experience, not having access to the pool. Specially, when it’s hot weather made a little bit unpleasant.

location was good didn't eat breakfast left early that morning. Would stay again.

when we arrived, we check in went to the room, but it was not cleaned yet. so had to get another key card for other room otherwise stay we good friendly staff..

lobby seemed well maintained and staff friendly!

the room was clean but their were stains on the chairs and bench. Also, the bathroom door was hard to close. we stayed that this hotel years ago before the pandemic and always found it extremely clean and well taken care of but slightly disappointed that it seems to not be maintained as well as before. however, we understand that staffing is difficult now days and maybe they struggle to get the staff they need to maintain rooms. we would stay again though because the staff was very friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very clean. Stayed 4 days and would stay again Close to restaurants and stores and they had a hot breakfast with quite a few options. Great value for the money.

We were told that the indoor pool was cloed for painting when we got there but it was full and looked completely operational. Didn't open entire te we were there. Also, did not understand why that would keep us from using the hot tub.

It was clean, comfortable, loved the shower, staff were very nice, great location!

The heavy comforter was scratchy again our skin and felt to heavy. Prefer just a summer blanket light weight

Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast selections. Comfortable bed in a clean room.

For feedback purposes, I would say the tables at breakfast weren’t cleaned as quickly as they needed to be.

First of all the hotel was full. Large groups etc. The staff was clearly short handed but didn’t let the stress of the situation show. My only issue was that we stayed in the room next to the gym where a group of high school girls decided to hang out and play loud music until late. I went to the desk to ask someone to take care of it…. It took a long time but finally they left.

We were in town for a family reunion scheduled to leave on Sunday 8/8/21 when my mother unexpectedly passed away the staff at this location went above and beyond to accommodate us during this difficult time...I will never forget their kindness and understanding

Nothing everything was above expectations kind and courteous staff clean room and a nice hot breakfast every morning

close to town but still out in a good location quiet and comfortable

a lot of stuff didn’t work in our room lights were burnt out little dirty still and everything on the tv was in Spanish
