Great place to stay and I would say the best outside the base. Very clean. Location was perfect. Train station is not far. Customer service was superb. Thank you, Aida (or Ada). Sorry if I spelled it wrong. She was amazing.

We staid few times and every time we have to leave hotel early, at 5:00 am because of the very early roll call for the military flight. Breakfast is included in the price. Our advice: price option without the breakfast or provide a breakfast box to those customers who have to leave before the breakfast night before. Also, I cannot drink instant coffee provided in the room. Would be nice if coffee making machine was in the lobby or room that customer could make coffee 24/7. Now machine in the lobby is locked after 9:00 pm till morning breakfast.

Close to AF base, very clean room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast.

Room was too warm and disturbed sleep. Problematic during summer months. WiFi in room was intermittent at best, nearly impossible to conduct work in room. Room was at end of building.

I booked through Booking.com and had to change my dates several times. The Hotel Circle staff was very accomodating and worked with my changes until they just couldn't anymore. Even then, they were very cordial and explained in detail the reason behind not being able to futher change dates. The hotel lobby, breakfast area and room were very clean! The breakfast had good choices and the coffee machine with several different choices was a great touch. I would definitely stay there again!!

The bed did not come with a top sheet, just a duvet which got a little warm throughout the night. As accomodating as the staff was I'm sure they would have given me a sheet if I asked. Also, I hope they bounce back post-Corona. They are unable to open the bar and/or serve warm items at breakfast due to the lack of interest in working in the hospitality industry.

Very nice and and clean Hotel close to RAB. The complimentary breakfast is great especially during weekend. The hotel has a spacious free parking lot. My room was modern and renovated. Staff is very professional.

There is no restaurant and gym in the hotel.

The receptionist Marija was very friendly and welcoming. Always had a smile and something nice to say to the guests. The room was very clean. The bed was a little hard for me but it was not anything to complain about. The only thing I would say is it would be nice if there was a note or something in the room to explain about the electricity switch in the room. I don't stay at hotels often enough to know about having to turn that on in order to power up the tv and lights. Being a shy person, I was a little embarrassed because I had to go down to reception to say the TV wasn't turning on. But as I said before Marija was very friendly and didn't make me feel bad or stupid for not knowing that. The hotel is a little pricey but that's to be expected because it caters to a lot of Americans and the base is right there. So its a prime location. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay!

Ideal if you want to stay near the Ramstein airbase gate. Room was cleaned every day and moreover you will get a bottle of water, coffee and tea for free. Breakfast were tasty.

There could be bigger choice during the breakfast e.g. sausages, tomato beans or some bacon. I do really missed draught beer in hotel bar. The temperature inside the room could not be controlled.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The facility and room were extremely well kept and clean. The continental breakfast was great, and hotel centrally located, close to the base and highway. Loved the quaint, small-town feel it provided. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The hotel room was very cozy and clean. The bedding and pillows are definitely good quality, which I don't know how many people pay attention to that, but if I can't sleep because of uncomfortable bedding, my whole day will be messed up. And at the end of the day, when getting a hotel room, the bed is really what you are paying for. The breakfast was pretty good too. Customer service was wonderful. Definitely would recommend this to anyone traveling to the nearby area for work/leisure.

The breakfast is meant to be eaten in house, there are not takeaway options, so budget time to enjoy in person because it’s delicious

Excellent location, the nearest one to the Air Base; very clean in all areas; very friendly and helpful staff; very good breakfast and the coffee is of super quality. I definitely recommend this hotel when you are in Ramstein. There are also some shops nearby.

A bit better could have been the TV channels (we would have liked to watch 1-2 US channels, or movie channels with no German dubbing but with original sound.
