We really enjoyed our balcony with a view of the sea. The rocky beaches are very accessible from the hotel. Depending on the waves, it’s not always ideal swimming conditions but we managed to get in for a quick swim. The hotel had water shoes we could borrow. We really liked the design of the main lobby as well as the restaurant area where we had breakfast. The pool and lounging areas were also lovely.

We did find the rooms per say to be more plain and simple in comparison to the rest of the hotel. It was nice to have access to a small fridge but otherwise there was no coffee machine or kettle, and some items such as wine bottle opening, cutlery, etc.

Our stay was delightful. The staff warmly welcomed us. The spacious and pristine room provided a perfect retreat after our adventures. The highlight was the stunning terrace overlooking the sea, where we enjoyed delicious breakfasts. The pet-friendly policy was a bonus, allowing me to bring along my furry companion. We highly recommend this tranquil paradise for a memorable getaway.

We encountered a slight hiccup with the Wi-Fi, but it didn't overshadow the overall excellence of our stay. We seamlessly transitioned to using our mobile data, and the rest of our experience, from the welcoming staff to the picturesque surroundings, exceeded our expectations.

Everything! Staff was amazingly nice and welcoming in any aspect of our stay. Location is outstanding! You can fully relax and chill even during the busy season and never have the feeling of crowds. Food in the restaurant was incredibly tasty, not even saying about the spectacular sunset views and live music during the dinner.

Just one small point. As a flexitarian and a follower of healthy food, I’d love to have at least some vegetable options for the breakfast.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this was by far the best holiday my partner and I have been on. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday that feels far from the beaten track, it doesn’t get better. The hotel was lovely and small, the aesthetic was gorgeous yet simple, the food was wonderful, the dog friendly vibe was so nice, the access to bikes, paddle boards and kayaks was really fun and the staff were wonderfully accommodating. We couldn’t believe how peaceful and quiet it was, it felt like paradise. We are already thinking about when we can go back! It’s also lovely that so much of the hotels proceeds go to charity. They don’t shout about this enough, it’s makes it feel even more special.

Honestly nothing. If we were being fussy, the toilet in our room didn’t work brilliantly. But really that is all!

Beautiful hotel close to the beach in a quiet nature reserve area, with super helpful and nice staff. The Rooms, Pool, Restaurant and hotel itself is very clean. The dinner menu was excellent. It's also nice, that young families are welcome to the hotel. A beautiful sunset during dinner time, was the cherry on top.

The only thing we wished for is, that the breakfast would have had some vegetables to choose from and maybe some Sourdough bread, but that could be a German thing I guess.

We simply loved the location, it was what we were looking for during this summer! It is full reset, escape from the crowd, right at the seaside with a natural park and amazing, quiet beach just nearby. The food was amazing, the breakfast delicious and the staff always was always smiling and ready to help. We will return one day.

Peaceful location in the natural beach setting, away from the crowds. Nice pool. Beautiful sand beach in a walking distance, tree cowered garden terrace with sunset view. Great food and supportive staff. Receptions tour around the hotel facilities.

Micro location of our room near the kitchen door. I guess it is partly due to our late booking. Next time we will opt for the sea side rooms.

Delicious breakfast and restaurant, lovely location on the waterfront away from crowds, beautiful modern and minimalist design in common areas, and friendly and helpful staff.

I would have appreciated longer opening hours for the pool, as well as more varied seating areas for relaxing on the property away from the pool area (hammocks, outdoor poofs, loungers, etc.)

Nothing! Everything was perfect! However, It was a little far out of the way - perfect for us as it was a much needed escape from the some of the madness throughout the rest of the island. However, if you’re looking for party and night life, this might not be the place for you.

This place is a jewel!! It‘s the perfect getaway for everybody who wants to rest, rewind and craves peace and calmness! The location directly at the ocean is so amazing! The architecture and interieur feels very thought through but perfectly pure and clean. The staff: I couldn‘t believe how kind and happy they were! The kitchen was super flexible and tried to adjust to our many intolerances! The whole hotel crew just did everything to make our stay perfect! Thank you so so much Es Blau team for this one of a kind holiday! We will be back! For 100% sure!!! :)
