breakfast, view, and location is great. manager took care of our complain immediately and switched our room that is more to the standard.

The first room we got was not to standard, towels are like wash clothes with holes and there was swedge smell coming from the bathroom in the morning.

Its a Ibis style hotel! Therefore all good, but nothing extra fancy. You get what you pay for. Room was great. It was suite - so spacious. Parking lot was behind hotel. Just park the car and later at reception you will get coin to exit parking. It was free of charge. Its not guarded or anything else. But was fine for us. Location: - easy to reach with car. Large street in front of hotel. For some might be an issue with sound. - It takes ~20-25 minutes walking to reach old town of Palermo. - 10 minutes walking - streets with restaurants - Located near harbor - so you can get nice views if you have room on top floors. - Hotel in not located in best view location. But it felt safe and ok for late evening walking. Breakfast was ok. Not the best one, but was ok. You will have breakfast with a view. Lobby bar works 24/7.

The hotel location is decent. It is near the commercial harbor, so you can expect some noise while you are in the bar on the 7th floor. The staff was the highlight, very polite and helpful.

The room could have been organized better. It doesn't lack space, but it lacks a bit of organization. The wardrobe section could be better, and there were just two plugs in the room, one at the mini working space and the other on one side of the bed. The breakfast was modest.

Overall a very good hotel. Very close to the port if you are arriving / departing like that. An hour's walk across town to the train station. This hotel has the best rooftop view for breakfast. It also has very helpful and flexible staffing.

Not especially cheap unless you get a good deal on here. That is the only potential downside. It would always be worth a little extra if using the port.

The breakfast was good with a wide choice, well stocked and replenished. We had the evening meal which was good value. We loved the dining room being on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the port. It was really interesting watching the activity day and night. The hotel was in a good location with bus stops close by. The room was clean and spacious.

The air conditioning didn't keep the room cool enough

Very nice staff, both front office and housekeeping were amazing. The room was very clean and peolle very willing to help and professional. God priced facility in a safe area.

The breakfast was poor and not really good. The drinks were very expensive for what they offer and the food for their dinner buffet did not look good even in their promotion photos. Besides F&B, anything was great.

Brilliant, Happy, Courteous, Helpful Staff! (Who spoke English, as my Italian is 'il numero zero!') Loved the clever use of the staircase - How innovative! And I admired the humorous graffiti creature on the building next door to the Car Park ...Normally, I HATE graffiti - but this was INSPIRED! Then, Breakfast! What a spread! Very good/excellent for a Vegetarian (like me) and much enjoyed by my friend and colleague, with whom I was travelling...He got his cornflakes and cup of coffee! Room cool -in temperature- with an excellent Shower that melted away the aches and pains of bones and muscles that had walked many miles in Palermo! What a view, from our room! and we were able to shut out the noise of the vehicular traffic, roadworks and maneuvers of the three enormous liners that were temporarily moored for the night! The location (in Palermo) was perfect for walking to the sights and shopping/ eating/ entertainment.

There was a crack in the hand basin in our bathroom, which was a shame and no, we didn't do it! You need to talk with Bookings.com and advise them the new prices of the evening meal @ 22 euros (Not 18 euros, as they advised) and also ask them to include Opening Times for Breakfast (0800 - 1000) as they had not included this in their e mail/correspondence!

Location is great - located near city center and you can walk to all important buildings and sights. Staff very friendly, especially receptionists. Clean rooms and very comfy bed. I slept really well. Breakfast is also tasty and diverse. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting Palermo.

The hotel is well located and provides a parking next to the building. Very convenient to reach the ferry terminal. Also the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. So service and courtesy were excellent. The room was very spacious, clean and to our specification given that we were travelling with a small dog. The terrace on top floor gives a beautiful view of the harbour which can be enjoyed during breakfast and any time of the day. Safe and very close to walk about and from the city centre. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

The room is very nice and the beds are very comfortabke and the bathroom is great too ! Anazibg shower abd quite a bug bathroom. Iy was nice to have complimentary tea coffee and water in the room. Breakfast is very good. The hotel parking was quite good also.

I was disappointed that the fridge in the room did not cool and the air conditioning was nit strong eniugh during the day akthough adequate at night. There was no air conditioning in the reception area , the hallways and the restaurant. Ut was very hot and uncomfortable all over the hotel in heat especially eating at the restaurant in a hot temperature. Dinner prices are very expensive and the food at dinner is not the best quality althiught the breakfast was very nice.
