Awesome. Staff was amazing, really went out of their way to make us feel at home. Loved the special touch housekeeping did before arrival (see photo). Great location, wonderful atmosphere and hands down best hotel in Szczecin.

Absolutely nothing to write here. No complaints other than that I should've booked another 2 nights. The weird Schiphol style smoking box could be replaced with just a door outside... Otherwise can't ask for anything more. Sauber!

Staff are both professional and very friendly. The location is fantastic and public transportation is quite reliable. Cleaning personnel made an extra effort to inquire about my satisfaction with their service.

Unfortunately, the shower provided warm water at best. Perhaps this was because of the weekend and high capacity. I was not happy about standing in line at the two coffee machines during breakfast. The cups are very small and there is a constant flow of customers queuing for refills. Like most businesses, the rates have increased substantially over the past few years and the establishment is starting to show signs of aging.

The quiet room which had all I needed to chill. The large party of guests had their breakfast in a separate section so as not to crowd the main breakfast area. The staff were helpful and efficient.

The breakfast could have been a higher standard. Scrambled eggs which were not properly scrambled and could be sliced and bacon which was like eating flavoured cardboard. The male changing room in the fitness/swimming area is too small to cater for a handful of people. Too many things are broken and need repair in the pool section: urinal, hooks,soap dispensers..all of which are easy to fix but leave a bad impression

Well run hotel. So glad the renaissance restaurant has finally reopened after 3 years. . Rooftop bar wasn't open on Monday or Tuesday...maybe not enough people in hotel. Good breakfast.

Nothing major. No fresh orange juice at breakfast anymore. Stuff made from powder. No yoghurt anymore. Personally would prefer to pay more and have the breakfast quality of 3 to 4 years ago. Saying that, I understand they want to be competitive on price hence have to cut corners

The location was fantastic. The staff was polite and always very helpful. The level of cleanliness was excellent. Great facilities including gym, pool and sauna as well as access to spa and variety of treatments.

The room included a small sofa in dull shade which was quite uncomfortable. The lobby was dull and decorated in quite dark and boring colours. Otherwise, the hotel was great with newly decorated rooms.

Room was very comfortable with great view and facilities including coffee machine, supplies etc. Breakfast was well organised with good variety & quality. Location is extremely convenient to city centre.

Few complications with some checkin processes but resolved by polite staff. Breakfast was very busy so possible need to schedule times or provide a larger facility - sometimes difficult to get a table even in a large restaurant

I stay here every time I am in Szczecin. Location is just perfect in the heart of city. most of busses and trams are just in front of the hotel and there are 2 huge shopping center for good shopping experience. Rooms are big, quiet, clean and cozy. Staff is nice, friendly and professional. It is relatively good value for money. Hotel restaurant serves great food too.

I have nothing to really complain about. Maybe that hot water on 8th floor was a bit temperamental.

At arrival, we were welcomed by The nicest man in The front desk :) Nice and clean rooms :)

We love The food in The restaurant, but wished that The waiters would be a little more…happy and smiling. The last night we ate there we didn’t Get any bread either. Stayed at The hotel in 2017 and 2019, and The people who worked at The restaurant then was so nice. Maybe The staff was too young, I don’t know… However, The people in The hotel are really nice.

Very nice hotel, good location for walking around the city and the old town. Staff were friendly and helpful. The gym was fantastic. Very good health spa on site, but book early as it was difficult to get anything booked. Excellent mall right next door to the hotel. The restaurant had a very good choice of meals on the menu, the prices were very reasonable and the caesar salad is very highly recommended.

Finding the hotel, the entrance and the carpark among all the roadworks was not easy. Breakfast finished very early during the week. The carpark spaces were ridiculously narrow.

Second time at this hotel and it was great as the first time. Room was extremely clean and breakfast very nice. Staff excellent as always.

The junior suites on the 1st floor are quite significantly larger than the ones on the 9th floor, where I stayed this time. Price was the same as for the 1st floor. The hotel’s own car service /taxis are 30-35% more expensive than a local taxi and I was told they were the same price by reception, which was a lie and very disappointing.
