Spacious room with sofa, dining table, small kitchen and washing machine, reliable WiFi and Netflix. Excellent location. 20 mn drive from the airport. Lively area yet calm at night. Many restaurants, grocery shops around. Nice infinity pool (limited to 2 hours a day, request to be made at the reception every time). Nice private beach with restaurants, long chairs...(shared with the Savoy hotel, 15 mn walk from the hotel).

The shower head & hose need to be replaced. There is no sponge in the kitchen, only dish soap. The process to get access to the beach is a bit complicated (1- request at one lobby, 2- pass from another lobby, 3-wristband from Savoy hotel)

Access to shops and supermarket, room was clean and feels like home

The pool is not so accessible, no free breakfast for the price point and uses traditional key instead of keycard

The place is clean. Comfortable bed. Quite. It has a kitchen. Strong wi-fi. The hotel is located close to Robinson supermarket, Watson Pharmacy, Starbucks, McDonalds, 711 and few restaurants in the area. It is also located few walking distance away to the Lapu-Lapu shrine. The room has a sea view. AC is in good working condition and quite. Overall it was a good stay.

Kitchen needs all the basic essentials, like dish towels, dish tray to dried up the dishes, large bowl at least and a small pot. Hotel should also provide dish soap and sponge, extra garbage bag, extra toilet rolls. The bathroom can use a makeover. The sealant around the tub looks moldy and the water heater is leaking. Bathroom needs more lights. The hotel hallway can use a little bit of lights and some fan to help blow the warm air out. Balcony was dirty. Found some cigarette butts in a small cup. Lastly, there's a washing machine/dryer combo but we couldn't use it because we have to pay 200 pesos per usage..Disappointed ☹

Air con was great and quiet. The bed although only a double was very comfortable. Nice add on having access to the man made beach though sadly we didn't have time to enjoy it properly.

Would have been good to know the swimming pool was being maintained as that was a key reason we had booked. Though we could only stay one night so that factored in. Shower had quite a bit of mould which could be easily fixed.

Things I like: Location - Best location in Mactan. It's a few minutes walk from the beach, landmarks and stone throw away from a supermarket and alfresco dining area. If youre not from Cebu, you can explore outside the area and go to places for a quick visit. Room - I got an upgraded room and it was so nice. It's clean though the sofa kind of smells a bit funny (needs deep cleaning) It's spacious and very modern and chic. Facilities - The housekeeper probably forgot to turn the toilet on and we decided to wait for the office to open so we can have it turned on. Its not a big deal though. Wish the woman who assisted us was proactive in giving us a direct contact to reach during night time since their office is not open 24/7. Overall, it was good. Fridge was also working perfectly and it looks brand new. They also have washing machine in case someone wants to do laundry (there's a 200 peso fee) Kitchenware/Dinnerware - There's a complete set provided to guests: knife, fork, spoon, glasses, mugs, plates. No complaints. (PRO TIP: There's no free drinking water (like the huge bottle, though they give 2 small bottles for free) so youll need to buy for daily consumption. You can choose to buy food outside or cook iside the room (we went to a fish market and cooked fresh seafood for dinner; it was delicious) Bathroom - Bathroom was well maintained and clean including bath tub. They provide fresh towels. They also give free sachets of toothbrush & toothpaste, soap, other toiletries (tissue). Swimming Pool - They have gorgeous, huge swimming pool and water seems clean and regularly cleaned. Since C Suite is "renting" from residential building, use of swimming pool is limited for 2 hours and scheduled in a day. Which is understandable since a total of 3 buildings have access to the pool. But during our 3-day stay, there were just less than 3 using the entire pool. (PS: Swimming Pool is closed on Monday)

A few things i didnt like: We couldn't reach anyone outside their office hours. In all fairness, the lady who welcomed us did say contact the person who helped us with our bags; still, it would be best to give us a cellphone number to text or call in case we needed assistance. This is not a big deal though. The sofa (Room 11C) smells funny and im a little suspicious with the pillow case and blanket that we used. It feels as if someone used it already (sorry). No free parking. We have to park our motorcycle outside and pay 20 pesos every time we enter again (from leaving).

Location was fantastic and not that far from the Airport. Great local self-guided walks. Great cafes and restaurants surrounding the location.

The air conditioning in the main hotel lobby and the lifts were non-existent. More cooking facilities like toaster, more cooking utensils, pots and pans, steamers.

We love the MNT beach and its free.

Internet in both rooms were not good. Our mobile is also hard to get inside the whole building. Check-in was very long process.

Comfortable stay with kids. Tv has options for shows. Room got cleaned every day. Nice fridge to keepp food and drink cold.

Light in toilets can be brighter to assist applying make up. Why can pool only be used 2 hoours an dau.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful facilities.

The washer/dryer was not in good condition, always locked and needed to be opened through emergency latch. There was stains on the living room carpet hidden underneath the table. The place needed pest control treatment (I had insect bites on first night of stay) but property management addressed it right away.
