No problems with wi-fi. Lots of desktop and table space. Good lighting in room. Mattress firm but not hard; pillows adequate. Curtains thick enough to keep room reasonably dark at night. Carafe for in-room coffee, which is a plus for making tea.

On one occasion, the shower made a screeching noise; unfortunately, this was around 5 a.m., so I had to cut my shower short in case the noise was bothering the people in the next room. Otherwise, no complaints.

The night front office staff didn't brief me on the type of key and it took some time to figure out how to use it. Parking was a little tricky and had to park near the back door where the lights at the doors didn't work making it dark and difficult to see while I struggled with the key to get into the hallway. The Wifi was horrible for my business needs and as a result the TV wasn't programmed to watch anything. I had to reset and reprogram it to antenna to watch anything. The room door lock didn't always work when using the key, There are lumps in/under the carpet causing a trip hazard. The A/C cover is falling off the unit.

It was a nicer hotel than the Days Inn. Our room was right next to the entrance/exit and were able to get out to our car easily. The room was very spacious.

The bed was too high and was very uncomfortable getting in/out of bed. The bathtub floor was very slippery and should come with a bath mat. Our toilet would run after flushing and we often had to take the lid off to fix the chain. Finally, the water temperature in the shower was very inconsistent and would go bath and forth from hot to cold.

Everything. Jose helped us get connecting rooms after our arrival and we ended up saving money and we're already planning our next trip. It was my pleasure to donate quite a few books to your library. The who whole experience was golden. Thank you one and all.

2 things, The toilet backed up in the night but I didn't call anyone because I didn't want to wake my sister. We requested a late check out but from 11:00 on right up till noon people kept calling and knocking on the door and I was trying to sleep. But I was so happy with everything else it didn't really bother me but I didn't get up because I needed the rest and everything else was so perfect. We will definitely be back. We were sorry not to be able to have waffles which looks so yummy on the website but the burrito was delicious. Thank you all so much.

I didn’t like that the whole time I was there there were guys around my room. when I got there they weren’t there. it wasn’t until after I went in my room when they just popped out and hung outside my room, on their phones. all of them. made me feel uncomfortable because of my wife and kids. I called the front desk and they happily fixed the situation. a while after they came back. stayed outside my room. couldn’t sleep because I thought maybe they were going to do something to my car out break in. don’t want to say they were illegals, but I’ll leave it at that. they were on their phones, so I thought the worst. nothing happened. I asked the guy at the counter who they were, he said they were workers. the hotel needs to control this to make people not feel uncomfortable.

The Brawley Inn is most convenient for the events I attend in Brawley. It's clean, neat, the staff is helpful. It's also less than other hotels in the area.

The bathroom fixtures are showing wear (rust around the sink drain). The bigger problem was that the key had no markings whatsoever & I couldn't figure out how to use it. Fortunately, a nice maid showed me the trick of where to hold the key & listen for a subtle click.

The staff was very friendly AND efficient. The rooms were nicely furnished, very clean, comfortable and quiet. I liked the discount for booking on the day from my phone! The breakfast burrito and muffin were a great way to start my next day of travel!

It says write 2 or three sentences. So, though there was nothing I did not like; here are two sentences. A third would only be to reiterate that there was nothing I did not like about my stay or this property.

Staff friendliness and comfort bed.

I was in a separate building and had to drive around to get my breakfast, coffee. No easy way to get to main lobby. The parking lot was packed with trucks and a group of males were outside drinking, cooking, and singing. I felt a little unsafe getting off my car en into secluded building. In the morning that group left a message of trash all over. I have stayed in this location several times, and this is the first time I wasn't happy with the location of room and the behaviors of the other guests.

Location was great, breakfast burritos were awesome. Restaurants (went to the China cafe) were close by and a grocery store one block away. Other than needing a thorough cleaning in some areas, the stay was very good.

Baseboards could use a better cleaning as that was the visible thing needing some extra care, otherwise, the hotel is quite adequate.

We all Felt safe with the locked entrance to hotel rooms, I had my small daughter with us so it was reassuring seeing you’d need your keycard to get in. Everything was so clean. I genuinely enjoyed my stay.

There’s not much I didn’t like. The front clerk could have been a little friendly but aside from that it was a great stay.
