The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. I loved that the hotel was centrally located near all kinds of nice restaurants and stores, we did not have to go far if we needed something.

The only complaint that I have was that the pool had way too much chlorine in it, to the point of burning your eyes. I really looked forward to swimming but just couldn't do it.

Breakfast was good! It was nice that they offer it ! Location was good and area had lots of restaurants and shopping! It was farther for us to travel to since we were in Louisville for baseball but we chose to drive that far to stay and go to Bucees !!

Parking was alittle tight but the hotel was sold out and we were later getting back there but we found a spot !!

Narrow hallway made it difficult to get my mobility scooter in the room. Also room was smaller than it appeared in online photos which left very little room for parking scooter.  Also, the chair in the room was not very comfortable. I have to sleep sitting up. The chair sucked you in, even when sitting on a pillow. It would have been nice to have a recliner.

Easy in and out from the interstate.

No carpet in the rooms. Made it loud in the room and you could hear everything in the room above you, especially as they rolled their suitcase across the floor. The vinyl planks are probably easier to clean, but they make the room less comfortable, more noisy, and ascetically cheap.

People were friendly. Gave us good directions for some place to eat. When we said there was a problem they were gong to fix it

The room was noisy. I think because there was no carpet. The bed made noise every time you moved. Even when you sat down it was loud. Again I think the problem was no carpet.

The room was huge! Perfect for my family of 6! Breakfast was wonderful. And the king size bed was amazing! Very comfortable not like other hard mattresses at most hotels. Thank you for the pleasant experience. Holiday Inn Express is definitely our new favorite!

The only thing we needed was dirty laundry bag. There wasn't any in the room.

Location, even though I messed it up..lol, was needing Richwood, not Richmond.

The front desk girl, (Niki??) Told me there was parking at the front, but the pool, and in back. Selected in back because the short walk to elevator in front lobby. NO parking in back. By the pool was the long hallway back to elevator.

We did not eat Breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. The lobby & out side grounds were clean. Beds were ok, but I‘ve experienced better one’s. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner (shower).

I always reserve my rooms with a card but like to pay cash when arrive and they did not take cash for the room and did not take cash for a soda. There was no vending machines either.

The room was great! Very spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, many options. Staff was very friendly.

Nothing negative to say about our experience really. My kids wished the pool had been a little warmer, but that's the worst of it. Could have had a little better lighting, but again, not something that would prevent me from staying again.
