This was the second time we were lodged in the hotel. We love it. Room service and cleaning staff very kind and helpful. I do not hesitate to give them maximum classification.

When we arrived, there was no one to help us with the bags. Then, when we asked in the reception to call us a taxi, the guy arrogantly told us to speak with the porter. The porter kindly told us that they had received instructions one week before not to call taxis for customers, adding that the reception guy shouldn't have sent us to him. While we were already outside the hotel, a staff member came and told us to stop a taxi ourselves.

Came to Casablanca for the first time by myself not knowing at all what to expect. Safe to say the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were extremely spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet was easily one of the best I've ever had at any hotel. The staff were the highlight, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, would honestly be friends with them even outside of the hotel. Special thanks goes to Fatima Zahra, Jaouhara and especially Acharki who constantly recommended me the best things to do and see - not only around Casablanca, but also on my day trips to Tangier and Marrakech. I will definitely be back!

As mentioned, everything exceeded my expectations. The only thing I would say is if the hotel had a pool and a spa, that would be a huge bonus, but honestly it does not suffer a lot by not having them.

Decent value for money. Large clean room with comfortable bed, flat screen TV, panoramic views over Casablanca, good buffet breakfast. Within walking distance of UN Square and Casa Voyageurs train station. Better value for money than the overhyped overpriced Marrakech riads

Nothing worth mentioning.

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was divided (toilet and bidet v. bathtub and shower) so no "waiting" for my spouse. Breakfast was an enormous buffet, much like an American "brunch," aimed at pleasing international guests from around the world.

Breakfast was an enormous buffet, but it was not included in the price. We only wanted coffee and toast, so the buffet price per person was way out of line with our consumption. We didn't have time to go anywhere else in the morning. There should be an option for a lower priced, smaller breakfast.

Staff are very understanding and try there best to help in any given situation. We could see other guest were very pleased with there stay. Great location quick commute and also very grand and luxurious. Yes definitely a must try and stay, will visit again.

Beds need updating a little used more than it should but still had a good night's rest.

Actually, it's a wonderful hotel including everything thing , all the staff from the gate guys , receptionists " Mr Saad , Amine , deux Sara 😊 " as well as Room service Madam, employees in the restaurant also very helpful, all of them are so helpful , try to achieve all my needs . I liked the location of the hotel especially how near from the port , it's very nice 🤗

A very large hotel on the coast of the city, very close to a shopping center and the great mosque, the hotel itself is spacious, large, impressive and clean at the level of a European hotel, a very pleasant and comfortable lobby. Its X-factor is the service - we accidentally got an unsuitable room and we were immediately asked for our help by Ms. Gita from customer relations and took care of us in a very large and amazing room overlooking the spectacular view of Casablanca An excellent hotel for any purpose - highly recommended

Executive King Room was huge and we had a lovely large and comfortable bed. We had a nice view of the city. The bathroom was modern and sleek and also very spacious. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

Breakfast was quite expensive! I'd recommend just ordering something in or going into town to pick something up.

Hotel is going down . Less facilities in Room as compare to previous stay. specially Bathroom utilities were not there and new staff dont have the clue most of times who is staying in Hotel.

Overall it is really great, every one is nice, specially Sara&Sara at the reception. However, room service response time needs improvement, it is a bit slow. Overall highly recommended, beds are great and the scene is beautiful from up there.
