The property is in a great location, meters away from Gaite metro (line 13) and few minutes from Montparnasse station. The area is very lively, with plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants at walking distance. The apartment was lovely, perfect size for 4 people as it has a separate bedroom and a double sofa bed, which was very comfortable. The kitchen provided all appliances and necessary bits to cook, and the toilet has a good shower.

The walls are paper thin, so we could hear our neighbours, both on top of us and next to our apartment, which can be annoying at times. Overall it wasn't too bad though.

Location was reasonable, good restaurants nearby, especially Le Maine cafe, a bit of a walk to most things. Room was very clean and efficient. Actually quite liked the bath. Front desk very kind and attentive. Laundry was available if needed.

Room not quite as depicted online. "Quiet" is relative of course. Hoped not to be facing the street but the black out curtains helped. Price a bit high, double that which shows on the general Booking search, as room smaller than anticipated, eg. no couch or bay window with view. Only second floor so not much view. Cannot recommend taxi to approach. Train took same time but cheaper and near direct.

Value for money. I think the room was quite expensive given the size.

Location was wonderful-close to lots of restaurants and places to visit. Our room was on the top floor so helped keep road noise down. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was very small and helped having a small kitchenette to utilize. The front desk staff sent us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our 30th anniversary.

Room maintenance in the bathroom was a bit lackluster.

The room was huge: it had a well equipped kitchen area, two medium-size beds, a closet, and a small table that can be used for eating/working, the bathroom has a bathtub, you can have free coffee at any time of the day/night close to the breakfast area, the location is very well connected with the majority of city attractions via buses/metro

The bathroom was somewhat small, the room with "a garden view" had a view to the patio and a concrete wall, breakfast and city taxes are not included in the final price

The Montparnasse area suits us well. The location has become more difficult with the collapse of the Bus-Direct from CDG Airport to Montarnasse requiring the use of the RER to Denfet Rochereau and a taxi. The location on Avenue du Maine was convenient to the Paris Metro and supermarkets and of course to the numerous cafes and restaurants in the Montparnasse Gaite area. The bed was a king sized and comfortable. The first room for one night was on the street and noisy so we were moved to the rear to a bigger room with a courtyard view and it was very quiet. We both slept well

Our needs in apartments are quite simple so we didn't find anything particularly annoying. Even the TV worked perfectly without the need for those ridiculous boxes found in many Paris apartments

I was on the quiet side of the hotel. Zero noise! I love having my own "chez moi" where I can keep cold drinks, sandwiches and snacks and prepare my breakfast the way I like in my bathrobe and watch the news on the TV or work on my laptop. Also when I had a problem with the wifi on my laptop the receptionist helped me resolve it by bringing it directly to the reception desk. She solved it in about 1 minute and kindly explained what I was doing wrong. I LOVE that one can get coffee, expresso, hot chocolate and hot water 24/7. I'll be back for sure.

The small light above the stove could not be turned off, but that was certainly a problem particular to my unit (1505)and did need fixing. The refrigerator was also loose from the floor and every time I opened it I thought it would tip over.. Again a problem for this particular unit (1505)which I hope will be repaired. Conditioner provided but no shampoo which I forgive since all countries are experiencing supply chain issues.

We got the room facing toward the small garden in hotel area which is very nice. Staff is helpful.

The wall is too thin and doesn’t sound proof. We heard everything from the room next door. It was a bit annoyed.

Very near Gare Montparnasse, great location, very convenient. Several metro stations nearby, plenty of shops and restaurants around. Rooms are modern and comfortable. The bed is very good. My room was overlooking the main road and I didn’t hear a single noise!

One receptionist was always “busy” on his phone, didn’t look very bothered. Doesn’t look very professional.

The Studio room was great for fixing some healthy dinner and spare our gut from all the eating out. Comfortable, generously sized and well lit too! And personnel was the friendliest most helpful I've found in France. The only problem...

Mosquitoes! I killed like 5 or 6 before going to bed and they just kept coming out of the vents during the night. Looks like some pest control on the HVAC is in order.
