the front desk were great.

We wanted our room cleaned every day and our sheets changed. we got new towels every day but the bed was just thrown together. some times the trash was not emptied . the elevator broke twice. we were on the 3rd floor. My wife has Parkinson's and it was very hard to walk up 3 floors. On our last day it was broken I had to carry all my luggage down all 3 flights

This property was a great one . I really enjoyed the breakfast and the location. It was convenient to all I wanted to see and do in Hot Springs. I will definitely be back there on my next trip. Great staff and was very clean.

The smell of smoke that was pot. Gave me a headache because it was very strong.

Most staff very nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices.

Awkward placement of closet. Bed too close to cooling/heating unit. Showerhead needs cleaning. Rm 210.

They take pets at additional $25 on second floor. Our room was fine except some large dogs had torn holes some large in the curtains that block out sun. Great breakfast.

Maybe clean the carpets more often. ? Kids kept us up a little late coming from a ball tournament.

I booked last minute due to change in work schedule. I frequent the Hot Springs area and had never noticed this property as it is located off the strip but tucked away behind the Bleu Monkey burger restaurant. The property was clean outside as well as in. Day and Night staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection was great as well!! Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Price for the stay was amazing considering the area and date of stay. 10/10 Would Recommend and most definitely return

I really enjoyed it.

The elevator. It is the slowest thing ever. It really needs to be checked. It is also hot. You can feel like the outside air. I took the stairs a few times and I was on the 4th floor because it was so slow.

Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Too much light came in all the way around the door and the window. The door was way worse though. Didn't sleep much bc every time I'd roll over the light from the door would wake me up.

The rooms was clean...the staff was friendly..breakfast was a plus..everything was wonderful

The Decaf coffee in the Lobby was empty. The motel clerk filled it up, but it came out very watery. Might want to check on the Decaf coffee machine!

I honestly didn't like the breakfast. But the staff Jess, Brent and the other staff was excellent. Because of the staff at Laquinta my family and I will visit Arkansas twice a year and will only stay at Laquinta do to the professional and friendly staff.
