We stayed in a private room, it's a Clean property in a good location next to the reclining buddha. Nice rooftop with sunset view. The room was clean however no window and felt quite cramped with 2 of us. Lots of toilets and showers.

The air conditioning smelled damp which I think made us unwell. The female worker was knocking on our door and let herself in at 6am for money for our laundry? We were staying another night and would have settled this bill so it was a little frustrating she woke us up and let herself in for 100 baht, felt like a breach of privacy.

Absolutely loved my stay! The location is perfect for sightseeing, and the stunning view of Wat Arun from the street is unforgettable. The staff, especially Emmy, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. Emmy was incredibly kind and attentive, always available to guide me and ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. The Twin Private Room had excellent AC, which was a relief after a day of exploring. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The bed was quite hard and the TV would not connect to the internet. The rooftop was closed due to construction but everything else was great!

I recently stayed at Hostel Ralph in Bangkok, and it exceeded all my expectations. The host, Emmy Mee, and her staff are incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring every guest feels welcome and comfortable. The accommodations are excellent, with comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms and common areas. The bar downstairs is a fantastic feature, offering delicious coffee served by a sweet and kind barista. Hostel Ralph's location is perfect, within walking distance of major attractions, public transport, restaurants, and markets. Everything I needed was just a short walk away, making my stay even more enjoyable. In summary, Hostel Ralph is the perfect place to stay when visiting Bangkok. With its wonderful host, comfortable accommodations, and ideal location, I highly recommend it. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Bangkok.

Perfect location for doing the main tourist spots in Bangkok and near one metro line, Grab or Bus or boat also easily available. Rooftop is a nice place to hang out from sunset, you even see Wat Arun and Pho, but not completely in clean sight. Bed and bathrooms were good for me, noise depends on fellow guests, there is no street noise. Not a big variety of local food around, but westernized locations. Very good Nuss Bar and 7/11 around the corner. Everything was good value for the money, hostel style.

Doesn‘t seem to be a socializing hostel and no offer to help with organizing tourist things was made. Stairs are narrow so better be a real backpacker ;-)

The hostel is located a 2-minute walk from Wat Phra and 5-minute boat from Wat Arun, with lots of nice, affordable restaurants and cafes nearby. It is very modern, clean and secure, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooftop is a real bonus and offers amazing views across the city, especially at sunset! There is also a free filtered water refill point, fridge and luggage storage. The dorm beds are a little firm but not a problem for only a few nights.

I love that the place is near all the tourist spot. Its literally just near wat pho. A few minutes walk you'll be in grand palace if you cross the river you'll be in wat arun. Although the things are not new. The place is well kept and clean. I stayed in a private double deck bedroom. There is a TV which was nice. It's cold as well. The owner was very accommodating and helpful although she did not speak English well. We use Google translate😊 the view from the rooftop is amazing especially at night.

Hard bed I think that's common in thailand. No activities for hostel where people could gather or meet up.

The hostel is located in a vibrant touristic area, it offers excellent transportation options, making it easy to explore the surroundings. Despite being in such a central location, the hostel was surprisingly calm. The staff were welcoming and kind, handling my late check-in smoothly. While the room wasn’t very spacious, it was well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

10 out of 10 for the hostel cleanliness. The bed is clean. The communal area is clean. Bathroom and toilet are all clean. Very comfortable. Reasonable price. Perfect location. You can watch the sunset here too.

I had to stay with my friend the first night due to the unavailability of my bed. There was some issue in their system with duplicated/ clogged booking or something. Both of us were on the same bed, quite uncomfortable though. Hope it was just an unexpected mistake that won't happen to other guests in the future. Imagine you travel solo and they say your bed isn't available... Other than that, they are friendly and helpful. They don't speak English fluently yet try to use a translator app to communicate with you. No problem at all.

The unobstructed view of the temple is spectacular and not available in another hotel. It's close to the subway station and this place is so clean and has a separate toilet and shower room.

I hope to have a washer and dryer otherwise we have to use a shower room to clean it which could be noisy and this climate slows clothes to dry. Also maybe renovation is in progress but lovely to have public space with air conditioning.

The hostel is located between Wat Pho and Wat Arun so you stay in the center of the historical area. The view from the rooftop is amazing, especially at night. The stuff is super friendly. Beds in the dorm room are very comfy and have curtains for some privacy. There is little cafe downstairs so you can grab breakfast (not included in the price). There is also a lot of places to eat around, however not too much street food options. In general I really enjoyed my stay there. :)
