It was big with good facilities, we had two rooms that can be connected together which was ideal for a family trip with grandparents and a kid.

Staffs attitude we felt was so so, not sure if they were genuinely welcoming. We also had an issue with a pre booked reservation at the hotels restaurant. We called to make the booking but upon arrival for dinner it was apparent the staff did not record the booking to the system. The restaurant manager was rude when we wanted to ask them a question - he didn’t even listen and shoved us away. The waitress was better and resolved our missed order.

Staff were superb from the get-go, which made the whole stay that much more enjoyable. From asking for a late checkout a few weeks beforehand, to accommodating a late arrival, and finding my pregnant fiance some chocolate after hours! Beds and rooms were very comfortable and quiet Great location on the high street close to all shops, cafes, and restaurants in the centre of town

Nothing in the fridge except a milk carton - not sure if this a restriction in place due to COVID as many hotels seem to stop stocking room fridges?

This property was stunning! Great sized rooms, very clean and pretty much everything you could need. Location was perfect and the staff were so helpful, friendly and accomodating. We travelled as a group of 5 families, including 9 children aged 4 and under and the staff were just brilliant at making us feel welcome, from making sure our rooms were all nearby, making space for us to all sit together at dinner and breakfast and even bringing marshmallows and sticks to the firepit! We are already planning the next trip!

The room was lovely. Nice view. Would have loved a window that was bigger and ran the length of the room, to take in the gorgeous view of the trees outside. Shower was amazing! Nice to have some toiletries. We enjoyed the pool and sauna and the tennis court. Breakfast was fantastic. Loved the cocktails at the bar! Dinner was nice, though definitely an expensive option in town.

Thought it was a tad expensive. Didn't love the rabbit warren set out and the lift didn't work from the carpark on our arrival so had to lug baggage up the stairs. Most staff were warm and welcoming.

We had a great stay, we would especially like to give a shout out to a male waiter at the Andiamo restaurant who was wonderful with us and offered our young boys some marshmallows to roast by the fire. Fantastic hospitality and that's what will keep us coming back and recommending to friends. Small, courteous gestures go a long way.

Wish the swimming pool was enclosed from the weather a bit more, understand that it's an outdoor pool but disappointing you can't use it in winter - wasn't as warm as we had hoped.

The room was lovely and clean. Perfect location, walking distance to everything.

There was dripping sound of water from the outside of our window which was quiet loud and keep us awake at night. Took a long time to fall asleep. This was disappointing due to the amount we paid for one night, at that price I do expect a soundless sleep with no noises etc When checking out, the service at the front desk was quite poor, not friendly, not - hope or did you enjoy your stay or even hope to see you again. Nothing which was disappointing. You could add a few things to the room for example, small plates and maybe knives and or forks, we bought some afternoon tea from the bakery to have with a cup of tea in our room, small plates or a knife would have been handy.

The location of the property as it is right in the Main Street. The modern design, however was a little bit of a maze (walkways & corridors) to get to room. Staff very friendly. Looked like a good hotel for conferences but not for families. The Gym and Pool looked good (however pool is outdoors and not heated so only useable during the summer months).

The beds were not as comfortable as I would have expected for a Peppers resort, but was satisfactory. Room was overpriced for the small standard room we were given to fit a family of 4 with views to the road. Had to wait over 45 minutes for hot breakfast items to be replenished in the buffet. Had to walk out of the hotel and walk down the road to get to the restaurant for breakfast: as the internal doors connecting inside the hotel were locked (so not practical when raining). Hotel needs a games room during winter as there is nothing for guests or families to do in the evening other than watch TV in their small room.

How quiet it was at night, its location in the small town and the beds were really comfy!

The drain smell in the bathroom, no fan or window to air it out. Also the onsite restaurant, food was good but we might as well have been invisible to the hospitality staff. They all avoided eye contact. Should all be looking after sections of the restaurant and keeping an eye on patrons.

We paid for the room and breakfast at the time of check in and settled the bill at the restaurant before we left the restaurant. However when checking out the next day the lady at the reception informed me that there was an outstanding payment to the restaurant that was not settled. The amount that was outstanding and the amount that we paid for the dinner were two separate amounts. I think more care should be taken to avoid such mistakes as it has a bad image on the hotel.

The room was lovely and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. I would have liked to have more fruit but the service and staff were very attentive.

We had a meal at the Radius Bar and Grill which had staffing problems and it was very chaotic not relaxing at all. We were very disappointed with the size of the Seafood Parpedelle as we paid $41 for it and it was an entree serve. We did mention this to the staff for future reference, not great value for money.
