The receptionist rang me on the morning of our stay to check our arrival time. She was friendly, spoke excellent English and helpfully sent me a WhatsApp link for directions on GoogleMaps. She also suggested lots of good places to visit in Verona and WhatsApp’d me the bus timetable. The hotel location is very convenient for the airport, just 5 minutes taxi ride. The receptionist was able to accommodate an earlier than normal breakfast for us, which was ready for us when we came down at 7.20am and ate in the outdoor seating area. Breakfast was excellent, with fruit, yoghurt, muffins, croissants and proper coffee. The pre-booked taxi driver arrived early and whisked us off to the airport as soon as we had eaten breakfast.

It was very hot in Verona during our stay and it would have been useful to be shown how to use the aircon in our room (though we did work it out). The hotel felt a little empty and lifeless when the receptionist was not there, as she locked up the bar and reception area (although was readily contactable by mobile phone).

We stayed just for one night because we would departe early in the morning. The airport is just one kilometer away. We had dinner in the restaurant of the nabour: Paolo. The hotel is just renovated. New rooms, very good shower. Perfect for one night. Good parking. They explained us everything very good.

Except the restaurant next door there is nothing to do.

Because we had to be at the airport super early, they packed a "breakfast" to go for us! Anna, the hotel manager was super helpful when we got there and told us the bus stops to get down town and also set up a taxi to the airport for us in the morning!

We did not know or weren't paying attention if it was explained to us - the room key has to stay in the slot by the door when you are in your room or the lights do not stay on and the staff thinks that you are not there. We've never encountered this before.

Great attendance by the staff; I was able to check in later than expected but there was no issue! Beautiful room, small but great for the value and also incredibly clean. Would recommend to anyone flying late to Verona and needing somewhere to stay the night.

Excellent staff, great access to train station, airport, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Smaller hotel but very up to date facilities and smartly outfitted.

Breakfast was a little lean. Would have liked a buffet style with a bit more selection available and more of a self serve coffee/tea availability. Staff was excellent and extremely friendly and I do understand the limitations with a smaller hotel but felt breakfast was a disappointment.

Location was good for airport. Staff were friendly and arranged our airport taxi. Good restaurant right next door.

The room would benefit from hot drink making facilities (kettle).

no tea/coffee making facilities in the room (guess more of a personal observation than a criticism)

Proximity to Verona Airport being only 15 minute walk. Very friendly staff, comfortable clean room.

If you want an early start note that breakfast not served until 8.00 am. Shower could have been warmer.

Perfect hotel. Very clean, comfortable, and modern room/bathroom. Lovely breakfast. Great parking for the car. Really nice staff who go above and beyond to help you. Short drive from the beautiful Verona (and a bus stop near the hotel).
