The rooms had everything you needed and were clean and comfortable.

The staff weren’t very approachable or pleasant. I do feel this was due to the way I noticed a lot of other guests treated them; which was with little respect or manners.

We had a great time at the City of Dreams. It's a new place, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into making it look stunning. It was super clean everywhere we went, and we liked the style a lot. The food was also good. They had a lot of different options, and everything we tried was tasty. We spent quite a bit of time at the casino. It was a lot of fun, with a good mix of games. The energy in there was really something. But, the place is new, and it shows in some areas. The staff was okay, but they could use some more training. They were nice, but they need to learn a bit more about how to give top-level service. The same goes for the casino dealers. They were good at their job, but they need a bit more practice to be really smooth and professional. But overall, we loved our stay at the City of Dreams. It's a beautiful hotel and casino. It's clear that there are some kinks to work out since it's still new. But once they do, we think it will be an amazing place. We're looking forward to coming back when they've had a bit more time to settle in.

We paid for accommodation with half board and when we arrived at the hotel they told us that we would only receive breakfast because there were not many people in the hotel, therefore they did not open the dining room for dinner, they did not agree to return the money we paid in advance for half board, only to give us vouchers for the restaurant in the hotel, there was no restaurant in the hotel To our liking and yet we had to eat only there, we were very disappointed. We wanted to get the money so we could choose where to eat but it didn't happen. The hotel should have informed me in advance that there was no option for half board and not just charge me.

The facilities, staff, breakfast were all exceptional. The hotel was sparkling clean and the room very comfortable!

Only one small issue is that there is no plug next to the mirror!

In the casino they must have a dress code and to not allow the smoking.

We spent our 28th wedding anniversary at the City of Dreams Hotel in Limassol – and it was simply indescribable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and friendliness, making us feel truly welcome. The entire staff made our stay an unforgettable experience. Our room was beautiful, offering a stunning sea view and an inviting bathtub, which made the stay even more special. As a lovely surprise for our anniversary, we found balloons, delicious chocolates, a small chocolate cake, and many other thoughtful surprises waiting for us in the room – such a kind and personal touch! The service was exceptional, and the staff seemed to anticipate our every need. The spa area was fantastic, and we enjoyed incredibly relaxing massages. We were also thoroughly spoiled with the food – not only was it delicious, but there was something for every taste, whether it was international dishes or local specialties. Another highlight was our time spent at the casino, which was a fun and exciting addition to our stay. We can wholeheartedly recommend the City of Dreams Hotel and are incredibly grateful to the entire team for making this an unforgettable experience. We stayed at City of Dreams Mediterranean for 2 nights (2 adults + 4 y old child) and we really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, clean, modern room, delicious food. We also liked the Adventure Park and Spa, as well as amazing Kids City, thanks to which we could have our time together with husband while our son enjoyed playing and was supervised by the Kids City super-friendly and caring staff. Surely, it is even better to stay in summer as there are more outdoor activities and great pools open during the high season. Definitely would like to return for summer holidays!

We were a little upset that we had to pay for non-alcoholic drinks for dinner, which was included in the room rate. Furthermore, the things that could be improved are: - quality of cleaning (there were some big pieces of dust under the kid's bed left even after the daily cleaning) - replacement of hair dryer in the room (there is a small and quite low-power hair dryer in the bathroom drawer, which would be nice to replace with more powerful and modern model (there are better hair dryers in spa)) - adding information leaflets or webpage for hotel guests with dining schedule and activities that could be enjoyed during the stay (we searched and asked everything ourselves)
