It is a lovely location in the mountains. A shuttle bus operates only at fixed times: 15.00, 16.00, and 17.00 to pick you up (don't come early like we did) The onsen are extremely nice. You can choose which one from the 3 hotels you want to use. The fitness room is nice and clean. There is enough choice for breakfast, and you can choose a lot for dinner. You can walk to the waterfall. This place is fine for 2 days. You can go into the mountains, but there are wild bears. There is a small temple. The view from the room is very nice. We had a lovely time. When you go for dinner, hanging your Japanese outfit in your room(almost everyone does it) is advisable so your clothes don't smell after food. During breakfast, don't wear your Japanese outfit :). The beds are good. The room is spacious, and all comfort is available

Some minor things. There is not much to do except for the hotel, so this is a nice experience for relaxing in Tokyo. There were no Europeans when we were there, and there was a crab dinner festival for three days when we were there. The rooms were dated, but the view from the rooms makes it all fine

Buffet has a lot of choices, the hotel is near a sightseeing place with waterfall

This is actually a hotel connected with two others, with the onsens from each of the hotel being accessible to guests from any of the three hotels. However, each onsen feels quite similarly, and for our stay the Koyokan's is the best, because the outdoor part is accessible. But, in general, all the onsen is quite ordinary and there is no buddle massage in any of them.

Great breakfast & dinner buffet. Great location close to sightseeing points just opposite to Rose Garden. Easily accessible by bus from JR station.

Cenrralised Air-conditioner in room with temperature cannot be adjusted. Feel hot at night in early September and sweat during sleep.

Big room with a great view. (Sakura were in bloom). The breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide variety of choices. They also provide a shuttle from the station and back.

By the time I got to the hotel and checked-in , it felt rushed. There were three hotels connected and you could use all their onsens.Also, a bit pricey.

It was a relaxing place with a full buffet breakfast and dinner. The onsen was pleasant, especially the outdoor onsen and the entertainment was very impressive.

The breakfast is much better with lot of varieties when compare to the dinner for both are buffet. Appreciated for free shuttle service provided. The onsen is good.

Quite a little bit hurry for lot of hotel quests taking dinner at the same time.

Big hotel! There are 3 hotels connecting to each other. You can use onsen at all 3 hotels which is very nice. Nice room and good value for money.

Nice buffet dinner and breakfast. I addition to own Onsen facilities, guests may also use the Onsen facilities at sister's hotels. Room with excellent views and great size.

There is shuttle bus service from Shin Hanamaki station. Good food if you select meals.

The onsen was large but the scenery was slightly blocked.
