The service was impeccable; the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The location is unbeatable, nestled in the mountains with breathtaking views of the peaks and lush landscapes. Highly recommend for a luxurious and serene getaway!

Except breakfast the food was somewhat disappointing. Hygiene-wise, everything was up to standard, and the dining area was spotless. However, the taste of the food was average, which seems to be a common issue across all their hotels. If they could improve the flavor and variety of their dishes, it would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Swat, Malam Jabba is one of the most beautiful places in Pakistan, PC hotel is excellent just next to the most famous Malam Jabba Chair lift and ski resort with lush greeen mountain views. Stay at PC hotel with family was great experience, food was great and staff was very helpful and cheerful, Mr. Waqas from house keeping dept. helped us a lot during our stay. deluxe room that we stayed in are small

So far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The hospitality was truly from the heart of each hotel staff. Never stopped giving and always strive for the best. The kindness that they have shown really from their heart. Location, ambience, food, room, outdoor activities... all comes as one that makes PC Malam Jabba a place I could call home...

Maybe to have shower curtains in the bathroom and also the criket outdoor game should not be charged for.

I had a mixed experience. While the reception staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, the room service left much to be desired. It was often slow and unresponsive, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the hotel's location was ideal. The scenic views from the room were a definite plus.

The friendly reception staff and great location made a positive impact, but the room service and food quality need attention. I believe that with some improvements, this hotel has the potential to provide a more enjoyable experience for guests.

The hotel is located in a very good spot with a clear view of the ski slope and surrounding mountains. The hotel is very neat and clean. The staff is very cooperative. Decently equipped gym with a view of the valley. A very good place to relax with your family. All the recreational facilities including chair lift, zip line, ski club, giant swing, and slingshot are very nearby and easily accessible on foot from the hotel.

The food option in the breakfast buffet is very limited.

My stay was fabulous, which was in the Family room facing ski slope btw. Is it expensive? Yes. But was it worth it? Oh yes! They were kind enough to give me a very nice room that had great views. Room was cozy and comfy. Was given a extra mattress free of charge. It wasn't a mattress, rather a customized bed. A steel frame with wheels and a 6 inch mattress fitted on top. Everything was super clean. Exceptional service. Anything I asked for was there within 5 mins max. Room heating was the best that i've ever witnessed. If you've any problem, i suggest you get in touch with Mr. Asif, the front office manager. I opted for A-la Carte at the dinner instead of taking the buffet, which was a wise decision. The food was served fresh, and according to my taste (no spices). Naan/roti were so good, that I would remember it for a long time. Unfortunately, i didn't get the name of the super nice waiter who took the orders. Overall, you get the feeling that everyone is there to serve you, and take care of all your needs. It was the most expensive stay I've had within Pakistan but it was worth it. It may seem like I'm exaggerating but what can i say! A memorable stay, is what you remember at the end of the day. Hence the reason for a full 10 star. Highly recommended as far as I'm concerned.

Expect to get stuck if you're trying to get in and out of the property between approx 11 am till 5 pm. There are day trips on coaches and cars. It is a single road that gets badly choked once they park on the sides of the road. All this is in the last mile of getting to the hotel btw. It can be frightening if you care about your car, as you might have to cross a leaning coach at only 6 inches literally. If I've to knit pick, breakfast, and desserts on buffets, could've been better. It was nice, but nothing special.

Small, Neat clan and friendly

Surroundings are not as well developed as one would expect. The facility should work with community to improve the overall experience of tourists

I was greeted very well by Mr Ashfaq at the reception who checked me in the rooms and added some extra services free in my booking which was his kindness. Moreover, I was checked out by Mr Asif Soomro, who made sure that my stay was comfortable and helped me with check out process quickly. Mr Asif did not let me wait and quickly processed my check out and help me with guiding me for my further trip ahead. Both staff members were so humble, helpful and cooperative with the guests.

Everything about this place is a whole different experience, Reception staff, Room service, The food here, The view from the rooms, The way every staff member of the entire hotel treats you Its just amazing. They really are taking the brands name to whole another level. Extremely impressed by the experience. The amount of money they are charging is seriously nothing in front of the experience they provide you in Malam Jabba. Truly a lifelong rememberable stay. They really have changed the way one sees accommodation facilities in Malam Jabba if you are visiting do pay them a visit and enjoy their world class facility. Highly Highly recommended.

Very crowdy outside of hotel. One hour in traffic jaam,just outside of hotel. No management for this problem. Rather,very bad management,. The other way to reach hotel, is only by helicopter.
