Is clean and well facilitated in terms of hotel amenities, shower gel etc. the room smells good too. Which is really nice.

I believed we were ripped off for the water park. We didn’t expect certain rides under rennovation. That option booking.com must take responsibility when selling the tickets. Or perhaps a miscommunication between both parties.

The heated infinite rooftop pool and the large indoor water park was the highlight (especially for our kids and since the weather was only 22 degrees when we stayed so we didn’t utilise the outdoor water park but would have enjoyed floating along the lazy river on a hot day). The food was delicious (the restaurants are mostly Japanese) and the main hotel restaurant (The Blue) had an extensive menu covering western and Asian meals. The buffet Breakfast was also extensive. We booked and stayed in an Executive 2 bedroom Ocean View Suite which included access to the Water parks, Onsen pools and the Executive lounge on Level 22. We were very impressed with the Suite - the rooms were very clean and tidy and the housekeeping was very good. There is a Japanese garden on Level 4 with a Koi pond (my kids enjoyed feeding them). They even have resident horses and a games arcade. The staff were all friendly and helpful and were always ensuring we were enjoying our stay. I also enjoyed a professional massage at Sia Spa. Overall, we found this to be an impeccable and quite large Japanese inspired resort - it has everything you need. I would recommend this resort to everyone, (both young and old, and especially to those who love swimming and the water). 5 Stars!

The beds have very firm mattresses so I didn’t find them very comfortable - I prefer a plush bed. The hotel is situated near a train line so if your room faces West, you may hear it honk the horn at night as it passes. Not that it was an issue for us, however the hotel is located approximately 20 minute drive from the city centre - we booked this resort purely for the rest, relaxation and to enjoy the water park and the other facilities of the resort.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The pools were fantastic, with options for both children and adults, ensuring that everyone could enjoy their time. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure that guests truly enjoyed their stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city center, about a 20-minute drive, which limits the options for restaurants nearby.

The family room was absolutely enormous...really beautiful and we loved the bath on the balcony, too. The staff went above and beyond when we told them it was our youngest's first birthday. They decorated the room and left us a gorgeous chocolate cake, too. Although it was really rainy during our stay and we didn't get to use all of the swimming pools, we had fun in the indoor water park and the infinity pool upstairs. The Blue Restaurant was nice and family friendly, good variety and the staff were great. Breakfast was wonderful, a huge variety. Will definitely return, and stay longer next time so we can enjoy the rest of the facilities!

The indoor water park doesn't have that much to offer young children...the kids area is small with only 3 slides and the building is quite cold (very different to the photos, with a 'fake beach'!) Also, they didn't have towels we could use there...after swimming, we needed one and were told we'd have to go out in the rain to get one from the outdoor waterpark (myself and my 3-year-old!) or go through the building in our wet clothes and up to the gift shop. The 'lifeguards' didn't seem to be very available and safety wasn't exactly a priority there. Still, it was fun for an hour. The soft play area in the hotel is a nice addition but it could do with some extra toys/pretend play things as there isn't much there.

This is an outstanding hotel. Although we stayed at the end of Dec, and the weather was not great (rain of sorts everyday, and on the cooler side of the average temp), we had plenty to do during our 10 night stay. Starting with breakfast (extensive buffet with western/Japanese/Vietnamese/Korean favourites), we were well set up for the day. The heated rooftop infinity pool with swim up bar was sensational, and the weather didn’t matter. We also enjoyed the massive indoor waterpark where the water is also heated - the wave pool was great, and indoor lazy river fun. Outside visitors can pay to enter this indoor waterpark (adjacent to the main hotel), and being school holidays it was definitely busy. If you got bored with this, the Japanese Onsen within the same complex was superb. The hotel has a number of excellent restaurants - everything from pizza/burgers to full on Japanese Teppanyaki. The Nami Beach Club is across the road (but still part of the hotel) looked amazing (think Ku De Ta or Potato Head in Bali). Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough for anyone to enjoy it so it was deserted, but we did get a lift in the golf cart one rainy evening to try the restaurant. We were the only intrepid people in there - but there was a very lively wedding reception happening next door in the function room. Despite this, we had yet another outstanding meal and were looked after by attentive staff. We also attended the Christmas Eve Gala buffet dinner (and Japanese show) - wow these people really know how to throw a party. There are two day spas as well. I preferred the one in the Hotel (Sia), but the ambiance is lovely in both. A trip to Hoi An (UNESCO area, lanterns etc) takes an hour from this hotel. We did two day trips there. Our room was superb - as there were three of us, and the pricing was very reasonable, we opted for the 200m2 executive suite with ocean view and two bedrooms, and also opted for unlimited onsen and indoor waterpark entry.

This place can’t be faulted. The staff are fantastic, service is spot on. The hotel itself amazing.

Love the staff, the layout, all the activities and pools around the hotel, we always book the Hinode away from the hotel building and it's always very quiet but i'm sure the main rooms will be the same, Waterpark and Onsen are added bonuses on days where the weather isn't the best. All Restaurants are always high quality and reasonably priced for a hotel resort. Staff Always willing to help and kind. Rooms are very spacious and well laid out with good amenities and free minibar. Breakfast is amazing with plenty of Western and lots of asian choices all to a high standard and always rotating menu.

The distance from the centre is about 20/30 mins away with very limited outside resort dining options so expect to get a taxi into the centre if you don't want to eat at the resort. Credit to the hotel marketing team but there is always some form of event on downstairs in the ballrooms, not that that impacts the stay majorly but if you're entering the hotel on the ground floor where the ballroom is located you do find yourself walking past a very well attended event every day which some may find off putting especially if you walking in swimwear past 100+ people in their best dressed.

This was one of my favorite and best vacations ever. Even before arriving, the staff was good with communicating with us about tour information. Upon arrival from the DA Nang Airport, which is about 20 min away, we were greeted with some delicious chilled tea as we checked in. We arrived too early but the front desk gave us information about our stay and would let us get into a room as soon as one became available. We had lunch at the main restaurant. The food is pretty good. Soon after eating, our room was ready. The villa rooms are maybe a 5 min walk from the main hotel. Big spacious bed. The bathroom has a shower and a separate tub. TV has a handful of English channels. The breakfast buffet is great, in my opinion. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Especially Hoa, Chi, Yen, Thao, Thi, Victor Ahn, Hao. Hoa helped us with basically everything from booking our tours, coordinating drivers and attraction tickets, to ensuring our laundry was done in time before we checked out. She even had us a special personally made memento picture frame with many of our picture memories on it. Chi was so friendly and helpful that my son kept asking to see her. 😅 The transportation to Ba Na Hills, Da Nang, Marble Mountains, Coconut Island, and Hoi An we very stress free. The drivers would bring us to places and basically just wait until we were done. The longest we would have to wait for them if they couldn't park in the area was 5 min. The water indoor and outdoor were good for kids. The outdoor lazy river is nice. There was also an arcade and indoor play place for kids. The infinity pool is cool and on the 22nd floor. The hot baths are on the 3rd floor of the indoor waterpark. You also have access to the beach area, which also has a pool. We were basically the only ones there, lol. All the staff from check in, room service, to the arcade staff were all so awesome! Great stay! It's one of our favorites ever!

Everything was pretty good. I didn't feel the need to look outside the immediate area for food or anything, but I don't think there is much right outside the resort/ hotel. There wasn't a need to go outside in the immediate area though

Our stay had a slightly rocky start, as some front desk staff were not fluent in English, which initially led to some frustration. However, we quickly came to appreciate the genuine effort and friendly attitudes of the staff, which made all the difference. A special shoutout goes to Thai at the Concierge desk, whose exceptional service went above and beyond to make our outings truly enjoyable. Thai's dedication stood out, and the team’s collective effort more than made up for any language limitations. One of the standout highlights of our visit was the Onsen massage special, which we opted for during our stay in early December. Initially, we thought we had booked a package of two one-hour massages for our entire four-night stay. To our delight, it turned out to be two one-hour massages each night for all four nights—a fantastic deal that added an extra layer of relaxation and indulgence to our trip. The beachfront area was another treasure, featuring a pool that hosts events, an outdoor bar, and an indoor restaurant. One evening, we enjoyed cocktails before dinner while listening to the lovely music from a nearby wedding reception. The serene beachfront setting paired with the melodies created an unforgettable and tranquil moment. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children. The indoor water park and the extensive breakfast offerings—including American, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cuisines—ensure there’s something for everyone. This was truly a memorable experience, and we look forward to returning in the future!

There were a few minor flaws in the layout of the room, but considering the exceptional value, those were negligible.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Da Nang Mizazuk Hotel. From the excellent service to the top-notch facilities, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with a range of amenities. We opted for a room with an onsen on the balcony, which was an incredible experience, allowing us to relax in the onsen while taking in the stunning views of Da Nang Bay. One of the standout features of the hotel is the rooftop infinity pool. The views from the pool were absolutely breathtaking, and we loved being able to swim, take in the scenery, and enjoy drinks from the adjacent bar. The kids especially adored the outdoor water park with its variety of fun slides. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering an impressive variety of dishes that catered to all tastes.

The only drawback was the location. The hotel is situated slightly away from central Da Nang, meaning we needed to take a Grab whenever we wanted to head into town. It's also a bit farther from Hoi An. That said, the location is more convenient if you're planning to visit Ba Na Hills.

Breakfast buffet variety was excellent and refilled constantly. Staff very attentive and polite. Facilities (lazy river was amazing, indoor outdoor pools, beach club, cafes, nightly light show/fountain) catered for everyone, lots of shady spots to relax. Room clean and comfortable. Great views from balcony.

Housekeeping starts super early (put your DnD sign on door if you want a sleep in). External cafes don't charge to your room. Even though the resort caters for everything, it's a long way from town if you want supplies, alternative places to eat etc. Like other reviewers have mentioned, too many young children in the infinity pool.
