It is a beautiful building, calm and cool in the summer heat. Perfectly situated on the harbour, for the passeggiata, bars and restaurants, our room also had a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful, the personal touch of a hotel was nice after staying in “B&B”s and apartments, where all human contact is through WhatsApp. It was great value and breakfast was excellent.

Very nice hotel in the old town. The hotel does not have parking, but there are many free parking places in the street nearby.

Average breakfast, no disent coffee. In the refrigirator, there were just water bottles. We assumed it was complimentary, as usual at 4 stars hotels, because there was no notice about it in the room. To our serprise, we have been asked to pay 4€ for the bottles (it's not the money but the attitude, charging without informing upfront)

The staff were excellent, made you feel welcome and were always happy to help and answer our requests. The hotel is well located being close to the restaurants and the old town without being right in the middle. The room was also a reasonable size and being a converted convent, very characteristic. Breakfast was served in the old chapel with a good variety of food.

The shower cubicle was very small and tight. There was also no kettle in the room so couldn't make a cup of tea or coffee.

Location was perfect, views from room fantastic and hotel was lovely and clean

We tried to order a taxi from reception to take us to Bari airport but was advised it was busy and only 1 taxi available in Trani.. it would be good to know this in advance or have alternatives.

You can feel a timeless atmosfere of Trani from the hotel . We found a free parking in front of the hotel.Closest pebble beach is in7 min walking distance. Lido colonna sandy beach is 9 minute driving. Nice park is behind the hotel,and beautiful port is in front of the hotel with fisherman selling they daily catch.Trani cathedral is unforgettable.

The location in the middle of the old port is beautiful and allows you to be walking distance from the canter and the nice restaurants. The hotel is using a historical building that used to be a monastery and the breakfast is served in the old . church - the experience is very romantic and perfect to feel the character of Trani

The breakfast was a bit dull and the serving staff did not speak English so its was hard to ask fro basic things like salt.

the hotel is housed in an historic and beautiful building. the decor is spare and in good taste. the breakfast that is included in the price of the room was a spectacular buffet

Booked a room with twin beds that was not available upon our arrival so we had to take two rooms. the very nice concierge/ receptionist did everything to accommodate us and provide with a discount for one of the rooms. the rooms with a sea view are very noisy as lots of yea-yea activity including a Ferris wheel is happening. however the view is magnificent. parking is a nightmare

Fantastic location and peaceful space. Wonderful setting looking over the beautiful harbour. Hope to return soon. Highly recommend.
