Renovated old style building. Al fresco breakfast in a nearby courtyard. At the base of the walk up to the castles. Bicycle storage by the reception desk.

Open style washroom, i.e. no door. Original stone steps into the property are a bit of a challenge.

The suite was very nice and spacious! We very much enjoyed the room. It is very well located for easy access to the old town and castle.

We ordered breakfast for 9am but were not told how it works and where it would be. In the end, we went downstairs at 9:15 and found someone who has been clearly waiting for us and were told we had to go to another building. It would have been nice to be given clear instructions from the start so as not to keep anyone waiting and to know that we would have to leave the building (we came with a dog so this involves more logistics for us).

This small property has three small rooms downstairs and three much bigger rooms upstairs. Entrance is by signing in online and then receiving a code to let yourself in. Breakfast is a few doors away in a simple room. I guess that in warmer months it must be lovely to sit outside. The lady of the property was really lovely to us. She had no-one else staying, so upgraded us to an upstairs room (the downstairs room was pretty basic). She also made breakfast for us early at 7.30, when the usual breakfast time is 9am).

The small room downstairs was pretty basic. If we came again, we’d stay upstairs. Not many places to eat in the evening in January.

The location is perfect, an easy Walk to the Centre of town yet perfectly tranquil. It is also just below the castle and the views over the Town via the short walk to my favourite restaurant, Sant Joset ( book in advance) are spectacular. The room is very modern and clean and Estela is the perfect host. Highly recommended.

No complaints whatsoever. We were fortunate to get free parking outside this lovely little boutique hotel at the edge of the old town. Estella provided us with a lot of valuable information (via email) on our arrival day about places to eat, walk and visit etc. We also had a pre check in which saved us time (we only had 24 hours in Xativa and we wanted to fit a lot in!!!). We had a spacious room, with a bath and very comfortable bed, large shower area and a fridge and kettle in our room. There was complimentary coffee at reception upon arrival. A wonderful stay and great night's sleep on this short stopover.

Only a minor point but, there's only one chair for sitting. There's plenty of space in this room to provide an additional chair.

Great and fair priced breakfast in a separate backyard two minutes away. We had the suite 103 and loved the huge bath tub and the additional shower opportunity. The bed was very comfortable and had just a thin sheet on it. It was Perfect even with the ac on through the whole night. An extra crib was put in our room for us.

We had a couple of unknown hairs on our smaller pillows. But except that there was absolutely nothing to complain about.

The suit which we were able to get, an upgrade, was lovely even though rather strange. The free standing bath good. Location good for historic centre and castle.

Very steep stone steps to front door. Bathroom sink had nowhere to put wash bags,, soap or toothbrushes. The room we were originally offered was terrible. We refused to stay in it. Very small with no external window, but a strong smelling dehumidifier. A glass screen looking onto a public courtyard.

Room amazing, bed great, location great ounce you got there, nestling beneath the castle.staff lovely and very helpful despite arriving late. Nice and casual ambience. Breakfast was optional, but did include freshly squeezed orange juice.

More choice at breakfast maybe. Some tea and or coffee in the room would have been nice, but great value for money and xativa was an unexpected find. It is at the top of the hill so people with mobility issues may find it a little difficult.

Very good hotel although one could rather categorise it as Bed&Breakfast. The room is splendid, modern and nicely decorated. The bath is integrated in the room in a special way. The shower is spacious and very comfortable. The bed is of very good quality. The hotel is located in a quiet area in the old centre of the medieval town nearby the castle. Our host was very friendly and speaks English very well. We stayed 2 nights but it feels like we should have stayed longer.

Deceptive location but perfect for exploring this historic town. The castle overlooks the hotel. Our host was extremely friendly with perfect English and she advised us on places to eat etc. We were just passing through and knew nothing about Xativa beforehand. It really is worth a visit. The vibe in the Plaza on a Friday evening with so many young people and families was fantastic. We hope to visit again with more time.

We were fortunate to find a parking place outside the Maga Rooms but the alternative is a steep walk up the hill.
