Very good location, S1 bus from BKK airport stops 5 mins from hotel, Golden Buddha and Chinatown are within walkable distance. Buses to Golden palace are also availabe. Very good breakfast with wide range of hot and cold meal. Very nice pool area on floor 11th where the hotel starts. There is a market every day in the nearby streets. Early check-in was possible for additional 500 THB at 8 am.

A bit "old-school", would need some refreshment but overall very good value for reasonable price in the city center.

Excellent courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing! Different cuisines / variety of food available and staff running it like clock work. Quality food.

Location was in an area with not much going on, so needed tuk tuk or taxi each day to visit tourist attractions.

Located close to town, about 20 minutes with cab. Downloaded the taxi app "Grab" have very competitive rates rather than using the hotel concierge who had at times charged us extortionate rates. Also downloaded the Airalo ecard bought from airport very useful for using the taxi service in and around Thailand.

The hotel concierge charging us extortionate rates for a people carrier for 6 people. They quoted us 600 bhat for a fare, which we got for 300 bhat using the Grab app. You need to have an idea of how much taxis charge so you don't get ripped off.

The hotel has charm! The big halls and old architecture is very well preserved. The swimming pool zone is amazing with a good vibe and great view. We had lucky with our studio, that had a amazing view from the big windows in the room.

They could modernize some details. Our bed was sliding because the wheels were old and couldnt be properly stopped.

We had a great view, both living room and bedroom.

The room and the furniture were old and you could tell that. There was no explanation whatsoever on how to function a/c at the bedroom, the dnd, the please clean etc Although they've put indication about the using towels, the procedure was not followed.

Close to main tourist attractions in the city. Has 7-Eleven store right in the building. Nice view from the top floors

The Pub didn’t work on Sunday due to some meeting activities at conference center.

Location was great, close to the main tourist attractions especially the old town. Further on the house has two outdoor pools with a phantastic view - even more stunning at night. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, providing the best of european and asian cuisine.

The prices at their Restaurants were far above standard of the areas around and especially, If you pay around 3 times more for a dinner, you expect the service staff to be attentive and helpful, rather than talking zo each other or being on their phones.

Location for NY. Nice view and swimming pool (I didn’t use it).

Horrible check in! I Arrived 8:30pm and they didn’t have room ready for me. I found cockroaches in the room. Take $1000 bond in cash. If you choose card they will hold it for a month.

Breakfast was extra but it was very cheap so we added it to our stay, I was pleasantly surprised when I got there as they catered for both locals and European people. So you could be adventurous or safe with your food which would be great if there was a few of you with different tastes . I really couldn’t fault it.

Other than maybe being a bit mor central and the decor a little off in our room but of course that’s always a personal thing nothing to fault.

The room cleaner was stole our phone charger in bag we keep ...very bad attitude when people not around they take away our charger..it's so expensive also .
