It’s a very popular place with lots of tourists coming and going. It was also mentioned to us that last year they had 95% occupancy all year which is fantastic! The downside is they do not get much time to keep on top of the little things. So to some these may seem like bigger issues than they are but the reality is the hotel is fantastic and any place you go to will have their flaws but you can only measure this if things are not being rectified whereas here they are. For us it was our AC blasting out warm air - it was rectified in an hour, the same with our soap dispenser which snapped, again replaced the same day. All small things that should not impact your holiday. The rooms are nice and practical, the pool is a good size. You also have the option to sit in the hammocks down by the beach. The good things is no one is fighting for sun loungers or hammocks as there is more than enough. The bar area is lovely where you will be greeted by Pepetia the Parrot. A curious bird but good fun to watch. Yes the opens have big windows but that’s why you have backup curtains and normal curtains for privacy so please don’t read other comments as a negative. The staff are fantastic and you get a real personal touch here, you are not just a number. The cleaners are very good and deserve mentioning for being so meticulous. Location is ok. 10 mins from the airport, 30 mins to Pralarn pier if going to Koh Tao. Fisherman’s Village is 5 mins by taxi - make sure you barter 200 baht is a good price each way. You can always rent a bike but the roads are harder here than anywhere elsewhere I have rode in Thailand. All in all it’s a good hotel and well presented. So much so when we are back in Koh Samui we will be stopping here again.

The rooms have good size and comfertable beds. The location is right on te beach with some nice dine options within 100 metres. At the hotel is a basic breakfast menu and a good selection of (international) beers at the Pool bar (open till 8pm) Great service for scooter renting and laundry. Also a lot of information is available regarding different tour. Some advice we would like to give around the area: Diner: GreenLeaf restaurant. Opposite side of the road. A good restaurant with friendly owner en solid prices. The food is really good! Breakfast: from your room walk to the beach and turn right on the beach. After 40 metres there is a good breakfast place called: Yui's. Open from 8 am. 7/eleven and lotus are 80 metres away and open 24/7. Overal a really good stay! Without a doubt i will book here again when we go to Samui.

Small point: shower cant be adjusted in height and temperature(altough the temprature was fine). The swinmingpool need some attention BUT the day we left they started working. Within 10 days from today they have a new swimmingpool. So that can be marked as "done".

Pepitto!! Such a lovely and charismatic parrot! The rooms are spacious and I liked the coastal decor. Lovely that the beach is just at the end of the rooms.

We stayed in room T4. Great stay for an overnight stay! Right on the beach. Bed very comfortable, and room super clean! Managed by French team, so can definitely feel the European touch ! We ordered 2x Ham and cheese, & 1x steam panini. They were yummy. The lady at the bar seemed fine when we approached it, but all the sudden she turned around to be rude and annoyed ( maybe because she struggled with the English ). When I was ordering she kept looking at the Thai couple seated at the bar and speaking in Thai, probably whinging about me. I found that super unprofessional, and quite odd. We will def stay again, but if I see her at the bar we might pop outside to eat!

I appreciate how the hotel handle free water for customers sharing Glass bottle with quests avoiding unnecesary plastic, having water without microplastic.water is made by three machines at a hotel from the air humidity. It is great example of how small act can do big things. And also no need to pay for it . Thank you for that and i Hope more hotel will take this as an example. Also handling towels not needed to change everyday only when quest need it ,put it on a floor ,which is common in Europe but also not in every hotel in Asia is saving water supplies and money like this and I believe it makes big difference at the end. I also appreciated preparation of the hotel with necessary instructions at the arrival which can avoid future missunderstaning , tips and tricks .I suggest to read it,it Will make your stay better. We were very happy with our stay, feeling cozy and safe. Staff was always supportive and friendly. Nothing was problem, I can only recommend. It was simple, clean place few meters far from beach with goods access to night market or big golden Budha. Also surrounded by good local cheap restaurants and laundry service. Everything eesy to find on google maps with ratings so you can make choise.

Actually nothing was wrong, maybe little tip if possible not to have white bed sheets etc ,since the marks from sunscreens will be always visible ,no matter how any customers are carefull. U can see it even from previously used ,even it is freshly washed.Even this is one of the instructions, to take a bath before going to bed, you can not manage to have snow white bed sheets in such a conditions on island, quests visiting close beach, high lvl of sweating etc.I would reconsider to change to blue colour. To fit the design still feeling clean.

The atmosphere and vibe inside the place is great, the rooms was very clean and bright, and the sea access is wonderful. The receptionist was also very nice, helped us book a taxi driver to the airport in a decent price and he came right on time.

The room with the two double beds is just too small - hardly enough room to open a suitcase. The least nice thing was the neighborhood - the hotel is right on the road and it's quite a noisy one. Noises also came from nearby resorts and that was a bit disturbing.

Very comfortable bed, a big tv screen. While our stay, there were some renovated works (temporary so can’t include to disadvantages) - we couldn’t be at the pool area with the noise, other side there was an access to the beach and the sea with a nice view. There was a water machine to drink bottled water. Not many things to do at surrounding area, although it is located next to pier and the airport.

Service 10% at the bar (including breakfast) no matter what and how you ordered. Payment at the hotel by card with additional 3%. There wasn’t a door handle inside the bathroom. The shower only flows in one direction and there is no shower hose - sandy outdoor, so you can’t shower the floor in the shower after sand.

Having a beach villa is the only way for me at this resort. Nice private patio to sit on was a huge perk. View and bay was lovely. Food at all restaurants we went to was excellent… staff had recommended and they were bang on with their suggestions.

Noisey neighbours but the staff at the resort dealt with it right away. Some people just don’t respect there are others sharing their space. Was expecting quiet area but these peeps came to party.

The resort is beautiful. The rooms are very nice, well equipped with fridge, hairdryer water, tea and coffee and soaps. Even an umbrella for rainy times. The resort is super clean and the pool is lovely. The hammocks on the beach are a great addition and very relaxing. The staff are nice and friendly. Nice restaurants and bars along the beach close by. Yuis, next door was our favourite as they also had a pool and the staff were lovely.

The hotel does not offer any Thai food options. The food and drinks they serve are nice and a good standard, just no Thai options. At no fault of the resort, the resort is a little far from Fisherman's if you do not have your own transport as you cannot walk due to the roads. We used taxi and songthaew and visited each day. Songthaew is about 100b pp and taxi 300b each way. This would not put us off staying here again though as the resort is beautiful.

This is a wonderful small place to stay. Only 15 rooms but superb for a quite stay but also near to places to go. The staff during my 5 day stay were fabulous and friendly. The lady at front of house was extra special, friendly kind and helpful, nothing was to much trouble. The food was excellent. I stayed during SongKoran and it was amazing, not only fun but a great experience in Thai tradition. I have never had such a positive and friendly experience at such a huge event ever. Thankyou. I cannot say enough about how I enjoyed my stay here, not forgetting the 1 min walk to the beach, down the Central path, as shown in the photo and Pepito the parrot.

Nothing to not like for me
