The front desk manager and staff were great. I had been told when I called the hotel that there was not a business center for my husband to work in, which was a bit upsetting as we had booked the hotel specifically because it has this amenity. While checking in, we were told that there actually was a place my husband could work, and that center was well maintained, quiet, and great for his needs. Will stay here again

Initially was upset about the discrepancy between the online information and what was actually available, but the front desk manager not only cleared it up but changed our negative into a positive. You have created repeat visitors!

I requested an early check in time and the staff easily made that happen. The staff was very nice, friendly, professional, welcoming. The staff gave a small toy to my child which was very thoughtful. The building and room was very clean and well taken care of. I felt safe during my stay which a high priority for me while being with my child. We didn’t check out the pool but I’m sure we will next time we come in the future. Parking was really good no issues with parking. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. We will be back in the future!

The only think I can think of is maybe having a small breakfast available. But that’s not a huge concern.

It was attached to two restaurants; had a pool and fitness centre so access to amenities, the hotel itself felt very comforting as there were families all over and friendly staff! The rooms were good presenting and overall very clean!

I thought the property was lovely, just the surrounding area was a bit “industrial” but obviously nobody’s fault! They had a bit of rolled carpet/flooring by the elevator that was a little unkept looking but honestly didn’t care too much; everything else other than those two bits, which are honestly not big deals at all

The hotel was easy to find, having access to from either side was great and the beds were very comfortable.

I did mention to clerk at the desk that the fans in the bathroom need some attending to because of how bad the condensation from the showers were. It made the rooms air, bed sheets and even clothing quite moist. It made airing out my hockey gear very difficult.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning at Dennys and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. The Chops Bar was a relaxing space to kill good time and chug a few good drinks to enhance pleasure to my stay.

I was driving from Toronto to Edmonton with my son who was moving to Edmonton for work. We spent two nights at this beautiful hotel that was very close to the airport without having to worry about the noise. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was big, beautiful and very clean. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again.

I wish that breakfast was included but there are lots of restaurants nearby.

I had breakfast at the attached Denny's one day. It was good, your average diner fare. I had a lovely dinner at the attached Chop Steakhouse and it was great. The convenience of having these restaurants attached was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the room nice and quiet. It was close to where my daughter was staying for her competition which is why I picked this hotel and location.

Finding parking was a little bit of an issue near an entrance as it was very cold while I was there. There was more parking near the back however.

Great location, clean and comfortable. The staff was also very pleasant and very accommodating to move us to another floor away from all the noise.

The kids running up and down the hallways and knocking on doors. I would highly recommend when you have large groups for sports to maybe book them all on the same floor and maybe having an adults only floor just and idea you might want to look into.

The rooms were very comfortable, beds and pillows were great. Staff was very friendly. It was easy to check in and checkout and there was a lot of parking.

It was quite expensive for the location, and the amount of noise. We stayed on the main floor and the people above us were VERY loud, as were people in the hallway, between the hours of 11pm and 7am.

Zero issues with/for my service 🐕‍🦺 dog. The pool/hot tub was cool. The beds are amazingly comfortable, I slept very well! Every time I walked through the doors I got a smile from staff. Great handicapped parking.

I wish the tub and room was more walker/disabled accessible. Very deep tub hard to get in and out of. The TV was small and hard to center so everyone could watch. My husband thought coffee in lobby was not that good. Need a complimentary breakfast
