We found an old soap in the shower. It was already used. So basically no one cleaned it.

Whoever designed this hotel must have had a blast, whoever had to build it a little less :) The colorscheme and layout of the room is great. I love the purple colors, array of nice pillows, logo printed towels and pillowcases (fancy). Lighting was real good, nice desk and chair for working, USB port and many outlets around to charge your things. There is a large TV with working netflix and prime account (!). Even a jack and bluetooth button thingy by the bed for headphones, wow. Internet worked well and is stable. The ethernet port by the desk didn't seem to work, but maybe it was me. Wifi was good for working (3rd floor). The breakfastroom and gym is on the 3rd floor, close by my room. Gym is small but had basic things for a small workout. Breakfast had good range of hours 6:00-12:00. Free water in the room. Housekeeping comes by daily to see if you need something. A/C strong and good. German theme interesting choice (owner is german?) There is a parking garage

The breakfast area or restaurant could use some more staff. On some days, all containers are empty and it takes a long time (+30 minutes) for new items to arrive, regardless of the time of day (11:00 a.m. and also at 8:00 a.m.) Coffee is also often emtpy or luke warm. I know it's my choice, but almost all items have meat in it. Maybe offer one egg item without meat, or at least some sandwitches without meat to accomodate for vegetarians. Not everything needs meat. Cuidad de Mexico has a large community of vegetarians, see all the vegetarian restaurants nearby. Something to consider.

The room is a decent size and the bed is comfortable. The staff is passive but friendly. It's mostly quiet although the window faces the parking area. WiFi speed is fast in the room. Bottle or filtered water everyday

The co-working area is the restaurant which is very loud because of the TV. Also the WiFi speed is very very slow which makes it unusable for work. It's also closed sometimes. The breakfast is all right but it could be a bit more varied. Scrambled eggs and chilaquiles every day. Can't bring food from outside and eat it at the bar, which makes it cumbersome to eat it in the room.

The room was the perfect size for one guest (maybe even a couple). the room had a comfortable bed and comes with an OK breakfast. This hotel is a very good value for the price point.

The location is not exactly central to many places, but it was typically just a (US)$3 Uber ride to where ever we wanted to go. The hotel's front overlooks a freeway so rooms on that side can be noisy, even late at night.

The room is compact but doesn't feel small at all. Cleaning offered daily, water bottles provided. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. On the smart TV I had access to various platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime. The breakfast buffet varied daily, with various options and the man working in the breakfast deserves a raise! He was excellent in service and he was super kind.

The guys working the reception at various shifts were sometimes snoozing when I needed something, very short communication in Spanish also. I would have liked to have some written information in the room, like the number of the reception, hours of the breakfast buffet etc., I had to go down to the reception to ask these things.

A big nice room, huge underground parking, openable window, comfortable laptop desk, nice pictures.

There was no "Do not disturb/Please clean my room" door hanger in the room which resulted, a couple of times, in cleaning ladies knocking the door when I was sleeping. It is a fairly common practice for hotels to provide such door hangers. Although no serious problems with the location by itself, it may be inconvenient for some guests (depending on their needs and expections).

The inside of the hotel is very clean and the room is cozy just like the pictures. Breakfast every morning was good. Staff was very friendly. I liked the modern feel, very comfortable bed and good wifi. Natural lighting comes through the windows and they also have good installed lighting throughout the room.

The location is a bit of a walk from restaurants and convenience stores which I knew going in, so it was easy to uber to where I needed to go. Having a restaurant onsite at the Hotel was convenient. Overall I would stay here again.

Liked the room 318. Lots of table space and seating. Being located on the third floor towards the back of the hotel was nice and quiet. Also being on the same floor as the breakfast and gym makes it convenient.

The breakfast hot dishes could be better looked after. Most of the dishes got cold because the burners were not looked after. Better if they used a hot water tray type to keep the food warm. Some folks might not be comfortable with the area. Check out Google Street View. Tabucaya Metro and buses about 10 minute walk away.

Hotel is safe, clean and nicely decorated. Rooms are so good! We loved the room. It was spacious and colorful, had an iron and ironing table, total blackout for good sleep without light, AC which worked great, housekeeping cleaned every day and did it very well, everything was clean. Gym is smaller but nice and enough to keep in shape while on vacation, breakfast is very nice, different choices, clean and delicious, personal are very nice also. Hotel is located a bit further from centro historico but a quick bus or uber and you're there. Absolutely recommend! Thank you!

I have stayed at Hotel Bonn several times and it will always be my first choice in CDMX. You can check-in and check-out at 1pm which is fantastic. The rooms, if not huge, are comfortable, ergonomically designed, with a large T.V and a super comfortable bed. The breakfast has several choices of delicious, freshly cooked food, coffee, tea and Juice. There is also a small but well equipped gym, and parking under the hotel.
