-The hotel is so nice that I can stay in the room for the whole day and still enjoy -breakfast buffet is good and the restaurant vibe is really cozy. -The beach restaurant on Friday nice with music player is very good. -Housemaid and the restaurants staff is very nice.

- The front office person is ok on giving information, however, I have to say it is quite too much on arriving people maybe too exhaust to listen to the information. -Moreover, since there is so many info for the guest, what the staff are more concern was dto give all the info to guest and what was requested by us was ignore. Like we request for themto book us the ocean restaurant for dinner and they didnt reserve for us.

I LOVED this place. My only regret is that we did not stay there longer. It was beautifully done out - the room was gorgeous, there were so many nice touches - little notes and treats on our pillow and the free snacks every day ! we were in Thailand for a month and this place had the best breakfast of anywhere - not just the food but such a gorgeous setting for breakfast. the pools were beautiful and the staff super attentive. it was lovely that they had a complementary tuk tuk to take you into the town because it was quite far out. They had a badminton court and we loved playing badminton. Generally just a gorgeous stay

This may sound a bit measly but the cocktails were shockingly expensive even for such a nice place - i felt like it was beyond london prices and i think that was a shame because we would have spent all day at the bar drinking if it had just been slightly more reasonable.

the resort had a very chill vibe. room was very spacious. I really like the big toilet and the huge mirror! the room was constantly smelling great thanks to the burning essential oil. the shower was amazing too! the breakfast spread was great and delicious. the beach side restaurant was fantastic with the amazing view too! I will definitely book this place again if I visit Huahin again.

didn’t like that the Beach side of the resort was one road away from where our rooms were at. but there’s a security guard who will escort you to the other side 24/7 which was very thoughtful especially since there were no traffic lights to stop the traffic

Everything was perfect. The place was very unexpectedly peaceful and tranquil given that it was located in the city. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. I had been at the Ob-oon restaurant years ago and the food was good as always. There was a good variety at breakfast. Food at the seaside restaurant was also great. Minibar was totally complimentary and could be replenished daily. I tried the spa as well. Quality and service were great. All staff I met at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, couldn’t ask for more.

Not quiet a negative point, but rather inconvenience is the fact that the hotel has a main public road splitting its compound into two, so guests have to cross the road from one side to the other.

Would be perfect if the beach was cleaned up . plastic bags / bottles even broken glass on the beach ! stepping into the bath / shower could be challenging for some people , I had to stand on a small step and use the grab rail to get in !

The staff was extremely helpful arranging for a car for us to visit nearby cave, they even packed a to go breakfast for us when we had to check out early. When we did go for breakfast buffet, it was very nice with a lot of options. Loved that there was a small gym to get in a workout. I also loved the layout of the grounds which created a relaxing communal yet private vibe.

It would be nice if the pool stayed open a bit later.

The place is lovely and very peaceful The staff is so kind, attentive and caring The swimming pool in the main part of the complex is spacious and relaxing Breakfast was very good especially during buffet days.

I wouldn't opt for a room on the beach front because the area can get noisy. Best on the other side of the street where the hotel area is calm and green. As other travelers have said, if it starts to rain the roof makes a terrible noise. Best to opt for ground floor rooms.

Everything. From the building architectural style to landscape and outdoor pool and restaurant. We stayed in one of the villas at the beach side and that was gorgeous. Loved our outdoor bubbly jacuzzi and also the big furnished terrace. Oh and the hotel SPA was a great experience.

Maybe the only thing that is a bit uncomfortable is the fact that hotel is divided into two parts on two sides of a road. To use some facilities of the hotel you have to go across the street.

Exceptional service, the friendliest and most professional staff. Before sunrise the team had prepared the pool area and gardens. The room was perfectly maintained, thanks to the superb room staff. The security guards did an excellent job helping us cross the street. The restaurant was expertly run again with top quality staff and service

Breakfast is fantastic and staffs remember your type of coffee on the second day. Room is big and clean. All staffs are really friendly. On our last night, the hot water stop working and we found out at 9pm. After a call to the lobby, they sent mechanic within 10 minutes. Above and beyond expectations!
