Our upstairs balcony had views of citrus trees, the beach and outcrops, making it a very pleasant place to sit. Behind the property are farms, so it felt quite private. The room was spotless and had plenty of kitchen ware. Sheets were crisp and towels thick, which was really nice. We had a very warm welcome and were provided with local information, also very nice. We could walk to the beach; only short drives to the many sites around Nafplio. It really suited us. Thank you.

Some noisy neighbours on our second night. How fast and noisy the traffic is the small road out the front.

Great accommodation, very clean, 4* shower space, excellent water pressure and always hot water, 2 balconies (in front and back garden view), large and green beautiful yard. The manager of the Villa, Konstantinos, give us some useful tips and does his best for keeping this accommodation in perfect condition, up to high standards! It has free parking spots and good AC. Fully recommendet!

Despite the Villa is located pretty good, the noise coming from the street (cars, motocycle etc) at night make the sleep imposible with open windows/ terrace door, so air conditioning is a must enable to get some quality sleep. With AC the sleep was just great! During day time, the street has very low traffic, but begining from evening untill very late at night, it becomes noisy.

The staying was really great, in this megically place near Tolo. The beach near the Villa is the best and located just 350 meter walking from the room. U have everything u need and it very big room that has 2 balconies. I really surprised from this wonderful experience there. Hotly recommended!!!!

The bed not so comfortable.

Staff was really really nice ! The place is really cute and the appartement really well equipped ! Really close to a big empty beautiful sand beach ! I highly recommend the place !

The bed was a little bouncy but really comfortable. The frypan was a little bit old but who wants to cook in such a nice place !

Mostly is the owner. What ever you need he is there to help. After getting in the rooms, providing any of our request by him. We found out that we forgot our passport in a small shop on the way. He start making calls, looking for phone numbers of places near by using Google street. Until he reached the shop owner and saved our trip. So our stay was really remarkable and the owner is truly one of the best people.

Top floor room, clean comfortable,plenty of facilities, private car parking, excellent personel, clean, cosy,close to the sea, a very beautiful place to be.

Close to the central road,perhaps during Summer may become a bit noisy.

Beautiful little apartment. Clean and well prepared. Room serviced each day. Nice seating in front and back areas. Just 4 mins walk to pebble beach and 1km walk to sand beach.

Laid back. Everyone so friendly and helpful and accommodation was so comfortable and spotlessly clean. Couldn't fault it and location was just right.
