Our apartment was one with a side sea view balcony with a very pretty view. Weather very variable which meant we didn't use the balcony as much as we would have liked. Large cupboard in the kitchen which was appreciated as many properties lack space for food/ storage Bedroom was fine for us as a couple but be aware the bunk beds are in the walk through to the bedroom and opposite the bathroom/toilet not in a separate room. Appartment was clean. Parking on site was secure with the entrance/ exit not in the main town making it easy to get in and out of the car park. Great location, beautiful sea views

Shower in the bath, personal preference for me as I love a shower rather than a bath and don't like the step in and out of the bath. The walk up the hill was pretty steep but you are right into the town once down

Stunning view of the beach and sea from the living area, bedroom and balcony. Great location, a short walk from the sea front and all the amenities, and we didn't find the steep walk through the grounds an issue. Wonderful to have a balcony with table and chairs. Very friendly and helpful staff. There was a damaged shelf in the fridge, and the toaster was a bit rusty and dirty, but we were impressed by how this was dealt with - housekeeping brought a new toaster, and we were given a complimentary half day to use the Spa facilities by way of apology. Great to have car parking and also a lift to the apartment.

Ideal for a couple, but if we had brought children the location of the bunk beds (in an open area off which the bathroom, toilet, main bedroom and living area are accessed from, rather than in it's own room) would have been problematic during the night. The 2 ring hob was a bit limiting when cooking a main meal. A fridge shelf was damaged and the toaster was a bit rusty and dirty - but see above re how this was dealt with impressively.

We had booked a room with sea views. At first we got a room on ground floor with a view to the sea through a thick set of pine trees! We came back to complain about that. The picture on the booked room shows a large balcony and a view to the sea over the trees. The young guy at the reception was not very flexible and the temperature was rising. Fortunately the young girl on his right had more commercial style. She changed our room in 2 minutes. We got the room on the 3rd floor with a large balcony overlooking the bay. Just what we ordered. We were satisfied.

Note that the villas are located over the hill. Going up from the village to the villas is not easy affair. We did it once and that was enough.

We have visited these apartments 3 times now, and will again. It has always been the perfect base to enjoy the town and surrounding area. We find them extremely comfortable, and particularly love the position and views.

Les Villas du Spa are very accommodating. And I stress this is not something anyone could help but, because of strikes at Ouistreham Port we had to stay an extra two nights. Our only gripe was that because we had 5 nights and had to book an extra two, we were charged £78 more for our stay than if we had booked 7 nights in the first place, which was a shame.

The hotel is located in the centre of Pleneuf Val Andrè. To get there bus n.2 from Saint Brieuc station, stop Clemenceau. My room was excellent, vieth a big terrace with sea view. Breakfast is very rich and costs 18 euro. The personal at the reception is very kind. Only customer from the hotel have free access to the Spa.If you are in the residence you must book a treatment to enter in the spa. I liked the spa so much.

All went well once we were able to get to our destination. Had two day delay because of Port strikes. The staff could not have been more helpful. Thank you Nathalie, Oceane and Clement. This is our fourth visit, and next year we hope to have a fifth.

On the top of the hill, beautiful view, nice large size balcony. Very close to the central part to the town.

A lot of constructions works has been in progress on the opposite side of the quiet road… but I do believe it was just short term renovation

Excellent apartment for 2 adults, well fitted out to high spec, secure compound , we asked for a sea view and it was magnificent. Lovely walk to Dahouet àlong the headland

You need to bé aware the walk to the beach is down a very steep path or road, difficult unless fairly fit. We had a two bed roomed apartment but access to the shower room and toilet is through the second bedroom. The sea views will be compromised soon but tree growth unless cut back
