Great experience! Very cozy hotel. Close to all amenities which made it easy since we didn't have a vehicle. Staff was helpful and kind Breakfast was great Jordan did a wonderful job keeping things clean and stocked -lots of variety and healthy options. Room was clean and everything was in working order. Would most definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

The shower temp was difficult to adjust the hot water is way too hot and the cold is extremely cold. However the pressure was fantastic. The placement of the sink outside the bathroom is a little concerning considering you can't wash your hands till after you come out.

Made my booking thru Booking.com. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. When I called the hotel to confirm availability of pet friendly room the receptionist was very helpful and reserved me a room on the ground floor with a patio so I could let my dog out when needed. Room included water and food bowls, poop bag and treat. Overall a great place to stay. Since I have stayed here several times before I was given an upgrade to my room; nice to be recognized. Did not partake of breakfast offered.

Long line up for check in at 3:00PM and only one desk clerk on duty made it a lengthy process resulting in me being late for an appointment. Additional costs for pet stay not included in Booking.com rate so it was not as good a deal as I expected

Did not like breakfast. I’m not a cereal or toast. Wish there was scrambled eggs and bacon, sausage a pancake or waffle maker. A lot of the other hotels now carry this and I love it. They do have waffles. Just like you get in frozen food section at a grocery store. In a box.Also, I’d like to mention floor carts for luggage would be much appreciated. I know there is no elevator. Found this out when I asked for one. This would help a lot with someone who has a disability. I went to my car and brought in a foldable wagon. Perfect! Then you do not have to make so many trips back and forth to car. I’ve had back surgery and been disabled for years now. No one even offered to help when I asked where carts were located. I was sick to my stomach thinking about having to make so many trips to my car.My husband passed away 2 months ago. He was always the one to help. Big wake-up call for me. I purchased a wagon and this made my trip back home a lot easier. Even if they carry a couple for people. I can only imagine what a family feels like when they have to make several trips to vehicle. I was there for over a week and heard a number of people speak about this while out with dog. Still I loved the hotel. Just a suggestion. Thanks, Edwina Osmond

Answered that in one of my other questions. Trollers, wagons and also sitting out back. Picnic table. Or sitting of some kind. All sitting was out front. That’s another suggestion. My stay was great. I text my family and said it was more then I expected. Loved location.

We checked a bit late but the desk clerk ( Kris )was amazing. He was very helpful and friendly. There is no elevator but the hotel is only 3 stories so walking up the stairs was no problem. The room was clean, had nice toiletries, good air conditioning, a balcony, pool and the coffee in the room was good! (unlike some hotels). The included breakfast was great..lots of variety! The cleaning staff we met in the hallway the next morning were happy and smiling. At checkout Kelli was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was in a good spot of the city.. The small pool bit was good enough. Parking was enough . Management welcome card Cooling system

Breakfast , A gentleman was so rude when my friend said there were not any eggs for breakfast. The guy said yesterday there were eaten by guests , so you can eat other things. Hot water The bathroom was not clean enough. Receptionist when we where leaving was like ," OK I just need key buy" nothing like : She wished we had a good time or you guys will receive your damage deposit back or something she was like programmed bot. **I did not know we needed pictures for review, otherwise, I would take them when I got there .

Located about 7 mins away from downtown, about 2 mins away from Orchard mall. Indoor pool, hot tub, complimentary breakfast at 7 am and sauna all in one, made my stay really worthwhile. Staff members(front desk members and all housekeeping) are very friendly !! Housekeeping staff left a thank you note in my room. (Really liked it). I will certainly come back to that place.

The indoor pool temperature was low! It started warming and all of the sudden it was cold again (around 9 30 am) The sauna was not turned on. I had to do it myself and i couldn’t use the sauna room

Location right across from the mall & near many restaurants & shops was great. Room size was good & room well equipped with mini fridge & microwave, bed pretty comfortable. Updates to room did not extend to the bathroom which was still 1980’s yellow. Pretty clean except tops of mouldings which were pretty dusty & bathroom grout. But for the low price paid it is a minor complaint. Continental breakfast was an added bonus. Staff friendly & helpful. Will probably stay here at again.

Road noise & proximity to fire station, recommend you have ear plugs.

The front desk girl is amazing, I wish I caught her name ! She was so welcoming , offered my son coloring books, crayons, and candies. I loved that they had some toys at the pool side. The pool and hot tub were clean , good temperatures, and had a child's side in the pool which wasn't as deep. I also loved that they had free coffee and tea at the front that you could grab whenever. The room was a great size with a little patio .

The bathroom was pretty outdated .

I loved the location. We wanted to be close to the mall and other activities we were doing and it was great for walking places. We really enjoyed swimming in the pool and using the hot tub. The staff were friendly.

If you are on the bottom floor you can really hear the people above you. I'm a pretty deep sleeper and this woke me up. If you're a light sleeper I'd maybe request a higher floor.

Simple yet great breakfast spread in a small setting with polite staff. But most of all, as soon as we checked in, we noticed and heard a loud commotion in our block. At first we thought it was just another guest having a bad day and just venting some frustration, but when it went on and on and on with no small measure of loud abusive language, we felt a little dismayed and worried. But kudos and great response from the hotel staff (presumably) because as we were leaving the hotel to go for our dinner, at least two RCMP (police) cars drove into the hotel carpark and we guessed that they were there to sort things out. By the time we got back after dinner, it was peace and quiet again.
