Room was comfortable and well appointed. Air conditioning was good. Employees were very friendly. Came to pick us up at train station when we couldn’t get a taxi. Also, helpful in calling our driver on departure when I wasn’t sure he was coming.

Food service was incredibly slow: over an hour to get a burger and pizza. Breakfast was not very enticing. Fruit was a bit old. Service was poor. Had to wait for an omelette chef to stand by her station. Asked for milk and they never brought it out.

We had a pleasent stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room in the third floor had a nice view, even the hotel is located directly at the road. You hear the noise of road and train, but we were not bothered that much. We slept really well. Warm water, spacius bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast offered a lot delicious suaheli food and you could ask for fresh made eggs or omlette. The size of food at the dinner was much for a good price.

Room was smaller than mentioned, a/c works, but no cooling or airflow. Feels like suffocating with windows closed. Windows can be open until sunset to enjoy breeze, but after that mosquitos carry you to their homes. Toilet seat is removed from the floor and could result in disgusting and serious injury if not perfectly careful while you do your business. Restaurant was good. Stay was okay, but could have been better for the price.

Dennis, Mercy and Faith were AMAZING in the restaurant. They are so friendly and I had a great time chatting with them while I was there. They need a raise! Reception was very welcoming and organizing a game drive for me last minute. My guide Peter was the best guide ever! Rooms were very clean, food was great in the restaurant. Definitely pay for the breakfast, it is the best breakfast I've had at a hotel that is buffet style.

The bed could have been more comfortable but this was minor.

it's location outside town and the food was superb .I love the african theme of decoration .The staff were friendly .Was worth the vacation

What i did not like was majorily the room which was dusty ,the bed was faulty and sunken in the middle , the sink in the bathroom was leaking, the mosquito net was dirty ,presence of many mosquitoes in the room .Was just a small room but if they improve on cleanliness of the room that would be nice .

The staff was helpful... especially Boaz who was at the reception. The Executive rooms are good

The Deluxe rooms have a fan, however, they do not work well the rooms are still hot .

The place is value for money and restaurant is open even at night. I was able to order some amazing tasty burgers at 9pm. Apart from that the drinking water(2bottle) in the rooms was salty(not fresh) the staff were nice and kind gave us abit more time to check out. Thanks Afrikal

The general ambiance, staff and the meals were excellent.

The room I was allocated wasn't value for the money was abit too small compared to the rest going for the same or less.

Very friendly staff, good food, safe location. Rooms are clean and basic equipped, but absolutely okay. Perfect hot water shower. The restaurant is good, the prices fair.

We had a big room with deal and airco. Everything was clean

Breakfast was sober(no marmelade, only bitter for your toast. Plenty of warm food though . A la cart diner/lunch not great.
