The room was clean, nice & spacious and the breakfast was great with an excellent selection. The staff was friendly and the hotel is in a good location. I definitely recommend this hotel to stay at in Portimao.

The hotel had a bit too many rules, incl. you can’t refuse cleaning for over 48 hrs.

The ocean view from the room was stunning, as it was also the last floor, very comfortable and large bed, spacious room, very clean. The location perfect, in front of one the beautiful beaches. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Pillows very uncomfortable. Foul smell from the bathroom drains. after complaining of the smell and very slow draining they said they can spray the room and if we want have maintenance come the next day for that and broken extractor fan in the bathroom. Only staying a few nights we didn’t want maintenance to come through and disturb us, it should have been done before hand.

Fabulous buffet breakfast with great open hours 7am-1030am, hotel and rooms are kept spotless. Very good access to shops, restaurants and bars. We had balcony with side sea view which was nice too (although did overlook next doors pool too)

The pool is very small and its position meant it was mostly shade during our stay, although hotel fairly busy pool not really used much but the beaches are beautiful. Hotel bar is downstairs at the dining area and small and didn't see used, not for people looking for entertainment or a buzz round a bar. Personally we liked this

Excellent location. Beach and restaurants across the street. Best beach in the Algarve with caves and lots of rock formations. Took hundreds of photos. Free parking close by. We booked the sea view suite. It was large with a living room with kitchenette. Large deck that we used each day. Best thing about this hotel was the staff. Super nice and helpful. We had an issue with the tolls and not stopping to get a prepaid card at the side of the highway. Tanya was excellent and helped us sign up for the online (out of Portugal plates) and called to back date the entry so we could pay. Site is all in Portuguese so difficult to deal with. You can’t pay at the post office with ‘out of country’, only Portugal plates, as we found out from Tanya. She was excellent. We also had fabulous recommendations for dinner from the staff. Cleaning staff was meticulous too. They are all well trained. We were very impressed! We loved our stay. Portimao was excellent as our base in the Algarve. Close to everything. This is a great spot for a classy stay. We had booked one night in Albufeira and regretted it. Not for us! Portimao is more of our style.

The room and the location of the property. All staff members were pleasant and informative. The breakfast was fine, plenty of everything with a nice variety. Room service was very reasonably priced and the room service food was tasty. It was worth paying extra for sea view.

The pool, it was quite small and stuck in middle of building blocks which created a lot of shade. Was not conducive to lounging and the small pool side bar did not have any staff in attendance for the period of time o visited the pool. Also the pillows were not comfortable, they were filled with small lumps of foam that were unevenly distributed.

The bedroom was lovely and big. The breakfast was great but the crepes/pancakes could have been cooked a little longer. The pool area and pool is kinda small but this didn't really bother us as we are more into the beach. No problem with sun lounger availability when we were there at the pool in the mornings from what we could see at breakfast. The staff were nice. The beach was a 3 minute walk. Shops and restaurants nearby. The dinner was nice, 28 euro a head. We were only there for 3 nights so just did 1 night of restaurant buffet and it was varied.

The pool area is kinda small if you are going for a sun holiday and mostly want to be by the pool. The area is kinda small and not really a good pool vibe but hotel is perfect for beach goers.

Great location in the heart of the shops, bars and restaurants area and very close to the beach. The building inside and outside was in very good conditions, it looks like it has been refurbished recently. The room had a very good size, the bed was huge (2m x 2m!), had all necessary facilities and had a spacious balcony over the street and with sea view. The breakfast had a great choice of products and the service was fast. The staff in general was always friendly and attentive. They also have an underground parking at € 10 per day which is convenient as it's not easy to find parking in the center.

I didn't use the pool but when I saw it I thought that it is too small for so many guests. I stayed only 1 night, I wish I could stay longer.

The service of this hotel was very nice. There was a bell boy who took our luggage right from the car till our room. The checkin was super easy. We had booked the king size family suite and the room was just spectacular. The view from the room balcony was also good. We were directly on the first floor but still could see the ocean from our balcony. The room was pretty huge and ample space with kids. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The buffet breakfast was out of this world. There were endless varieties of food to eat for not vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The breakfast is a must when booking this hotel and not to miss.

Unfortunately the car parking here comes at a price of approx. €10 / day. Nevertheless you can always find some parking on the street, where you also need to pay some money. Also, there is no complete kitchen. There is almost everything in the room except a gas burner and dish washer, but this was never promised in the adverstisement so actually not a negative point but just a hint for people who are expecting this.

Very spacious room with all amenities as described. Excellent location - quiet, yet close to the city centre and the beach. Plenty of parking available nearby, there is also an option to park at the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. I'm vegan and was able to find a variety of options to eat at breakfast - very good spread.

Just because I have to find something to write here - I will appreciate tags on the breakfast items to be able to identify what is vegan. However, the staff were helpful to answer any questions.

Very modern and comfortable room. Spacious. I loved the front desk service (Jessica?) checked us in early and gave us a great room because she could. This was top notch service. Jose the bellman was also a great ambassador for the property. Our room was a corner at the front, with a great view of the beach. Breakfast was very comprehensive and generally good, though I found the temp off on a few items. We had the partial sea view, but were really well placed. The balcony was also lovely and spacious.

Honestly, this is on me, but the location on the busy, noisy beach was not my vibe. I should have done more research. This was just a really busy commercialized beach. We walked down "the strip" one night, and yeah, it was fun, but it could've been anywhere in the world. Also the bars were quite noisy all evening. I love having an ocean view so I can hear the ocean. And I could in the daytime. But once the bars started, nope. Might have been less noisy on the other side of the building, but there were probably activities on the other side as well.
