Great service, beautiful rooms, and quiet 🤫

Was newly renovated.

Room was huge and nice but empty.

I ended up staying after a devastating tornado hit my town and I was unable to stay in my home. I was on crutches due to a recent surgery I had and I must say that as soon as the young lady at the desk realized that I was approaching the doors with crutches she ran to the door and held it open for me. This was the 4th night in a hotel and no one in the other hotels I stayed in ever helped me with anything (doors, luggage, etc.). I did reserve a room with 2 beds and was given a room with 1 bed and a couch, which I opted to stay in (too tired to move and due to shortage of hotel rooms in the area thought maybe a bigger family could use that type of room) they promptly brought me lots of extra sheets and blankets for the couch and my kid thought it was actually fun to sleep on the couch. Sorry I can’t remember the names of the 2 ladies working that night but I had so much going on. Thank you ladies for your kind words and support!!

The only suggestion is to not do renovations during the holidays, but maybe they were completely necessary.

Breakfast was just fine, I liked being able to sit outside. The staff was always friendly. Hamal was particularly pleasant!

There were workman playing their music a little too late Saturday night outside my window. I turned up my cooling unit to cover the noise. It worked. I didn't call the front desk on purpose. They deserve to enjoy their Saturday night.

We stopped by here last minute because of the eclispe traffic, The owner was very welcoming and friendly, they were under construction on the bottom floors, but the 3rd floor was all complete and he said if we needed anything please ask and made sure our stay was a great one. Loved the shower head.

Nothing negative in ok our stay.

Facility was very nice and clean. Location great.

Check in ok. Breakfast service lousy. Was told person in charge is sick. So she had no time to make it and said we could have breakfast tomorrow!! Told her we check-out today, so since we payed for it, we expect to get at least something, which she then agreed to it. But she definitely was not happy about it. Have to say, she had no problem sitting outside smoking, instead of doing her job.

The price was affordable during the eclipse when everyone else had jacked their prices up.

The only bad thing was the first floor was under construction but it was still great

First time visit to Hopkinsville in Kentucky, Room was so very typical of a Best Western in terms of layout.

POOL WAS UNAVAILABLE, considefing this is Summertime, having a pool which CANNOT be used is not good Management planning. People wanna go cool down after travelling. There was a strong damp smell throughout this hotel, Breakfast here was so very basic, not much seating room eithsr, especially if and when the hotel was running as a Full capacity. Seems to be lacking in Staff too, The Lady Recdptionist was working very long shifts, 6 days a week. She was obviously tired, but the hoel was not that busy when I stayed for 2 nights. MANAGEMENT OR OWNERS need to address these issues soonest, especislly the pool availability, otherwise Guests will seek an alternative accommodation, hence a loss of much needed income.

Peaceful. Large room accommodation. Pet friendly. Not far from center of Hopkinsville. Not far from Pembroke. Fort Campbell is nearby, too. Nice comfy beds.

Not really a negative since we didn't mind: the hotel is undergoing a remodeling. This might not be for you. Dusty in areas. The pool (also not a concern since the cooler weather) is under repair as well.

The owner was amazing. He made check in and check out wonderful. He made sure we had everything we needed and most of all made us laugh!
