We loved it! Spacious, well-equipped rooms. Breakfast was modest, but more than enough. The room was spotless, and daily clean was done with a lot of love and attention to details.

The swimming pool water was a bit cold to our taste. The location is a bit off the main Sukhumvit “action”, but within a reason able walking distance.

The hotel was exactly what i was expecting. Nice comfortable room. Clean hotel. The pool was a nice bonus and the staff was very polite and useful. The breakfast was good but not in the price of the room so quite expensive.

The AC unit was very loud.

The location was pretty lovely. There were a few big department stores near the hotel, good places to have food or coffee. What impressed the most was how friendly the hotel staff was. Everyone was ready to help in case I had specific issues. In addition to that, I did not expect the room to be even bigger compared to how it was displayed in the picture. The room had all the necessary amenities for the comfortable staying.

I wouldn't say that it affected my staying negatively, but some people may say that food choices for the breakfast are quite limited. They have been the same every day. If it is not much of a deal breaker for you, then I would highly recommend staying Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy.

We are traveling with our 5 month old baby for a week and we love everything about our stay! We love it so much that we extended our stay to almost two weeks there. The hotel prepared a nice crib for us, and there's kitchen in the room so it's easy to wash the bottles. Love the bathtub so we can bath our baby easily, and the kid's pool that we let our baby have his very first swim there! The breakfast is great with various selections and a decent gym. Very friendly staffs and helpful! Helped us to arrange transportation, lend us umbrella when it's rainy, and some of them love babies and kids which is a super bonus! The location is just awesome! Walking distance to ASOK station. There's an IKEA opposite, two to three malls nearby, two 7-11 within 5 mins walk, and a few nice massage places around too!

The only downside of it is that some of the days the smell of chlorine in the pool is pretty strong, but it doesn't affect our enjoyment to this place! We extended our stay for 4 more days through booking.com and due to some reason we have to leave a day earlier, and we are unable to change and refund the 1 last day due to the booking.com system. I would recommend to extend directly with the hotel with more flexibility.

The hotel was very nice and located pretty central to the metro and restaurants in walking distance. The room I had exceeded my expectation. It was very spacious and had a full blown kitchen, which definitely added to the value. The bathroom was had a lot of good amenities too. The staff were very attentive and helpful from the beginning to the end.

One of a few complaints that I had was the hotel is hard to locate from transit apps due to it being in an alleyway-like street. Another one is that traffic here is pretty heavy at all times. Definitely be aware of your surroundings for traffic.

Great location. Comfortable rooms, useful to have a fridge/freezer, almost like a service apartment with a small kitchenette-ish area. Mexican restaurant is good, although being in Bangkok there are also lots of good restaurants around. Swimming pool is about the right size for families w young kids. Rooftop tennis court is a plus. We will be staying here again on our next visit.

Not much to complain about, to be honest. Front desk could smile a bit more and show some hospitality - I get it that there are many guests which could be tiresome. Minor issue: the net for the tennis court needed some fixing.

I thought the location was very convenient, a 15-minute walk to Asoke BTS and the Terminal 21 Mall. Also, the newer EmSquare mall was just a 5-minute walk from the hotel on the opposite side of Sukhumvit Road. So, the location was convenient for shopping and various dining options. Plus, my kids loved the hotel swimming pool with the water slide (a pleasant surprise) and the small children's playroom. Lastly, Mr. Kim downstairs was extremely helpful with local information and with arranging transportation in and around Bangkok.

Personally, I felt the breakfast spread and ambiance could have been a bit better. It wasn't a deal breaker, but I have had better breakfast experience at other hotels in that price range. Although, my wife and kids were quite happy with the breakfast choices. I also enjoyed it but felt the Western options were a bit limited and the spacing and seating arrangement was a bit too congested.

The location was amazing! Located near a few malls and it was easy to get around. If you were so inclined you can have a stroll to CentralWorld, but do note that this will be a bit of a walk. Otherwise, the train station is nearby, so it's not hard to get around. Staff was exceedingly friendly and willing to assist on anything I asked!

I think the one thing that I had an issue with was the jam that was happening on the main road when trying to get out of the hotel and going sightseeing. But this isn't really on the hotel. I would suggest to walk out instead and find a better spot to get a ride or if you're brave enough, to try the bikes.

Breakfast had a good range, the beds were comfortable, the pool and kids room were great to keep the kids busy.

More information about the children under 5 staying for free. With two adults, a 16 year old and 5 year old, the room we had was marketed to fit all of us comfortably. However, we were not advised that with a child staying under 5 years old, the expectation was for them to share the bed with the two adults. This may work for some, but not for our travelling group. Transparency around this could be better improved. The shower cubicle was also quite dirty with mould and grime covering the shower.

The room was very large and comfortable. Big and very comfortable bed, working area, kettle & coffee/tea/water replenished daily. Large closet space with an ironing board, iron included. Very nice slippers & robe to use while I'm there, and also an umbrella in the closet if needed. Bathroom was quite large, had many amenities like dental kit, shaving kit, nail file, comb etc. and they were decent quality. The tub was comfortable and clean as well. Breakfast was okay, nothing exceptional and not too many options, but it was tasty and always had fresh fruit which I love. The staff was exceptionally polite. There is a pool out front, but I honestly thought it was a decorative pool at first since it's quite small. Still, I saw people enjoying it (I personally didn't have time to go in). There are entertainment areas which are walking distance, and some good restaurants nearby as well.

There is always a ridiculous amount of traffic on Sukhumvit road, I had such trouble dealing with that when I was trying to make it to my business meetings. Public transport is a better idea, but I was in business attire and did not want to walk and sweat. The location of the hotel is both a pro and a con.
