- perfect location, 5-10 mins walking from Plac Szarych Szeregow - very good breakfast - quiet and soundproof room - multilingual staff

- the bed was way to soft - parking price: 20 PLN per day - Rude staff at breakfast. A service lady approached us to find out our room number, and she acted very impolite.Instead of asking gusts nicely about their room number, she yelled at people entering the room, and for sure it was no Polish, English nor German...

Helpful staff. The final room they gave us, was quite large, quiet and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Very good breakfast. We had dinner at the hotel and we were pleased to taste the excellent food that they offer. We recommend their restaurant. Good parking inside of the courtyard.

At the check in, we were assigned a small, attic room when we had booked three nights. We asked for a change and luckily it was possible and for the same price. But if it wasn't? It's not a good introduction.

The hotel is well located and beautiful outside and inside, the reception staff was very friendly and efficient, the room was big with a very comfortable bed and a quiet environment, i will come back to that hotel when i go to Szczecin.

A fee of 20 PLN (ca €5) was charged just to place our bikes "somewhere" in the garage. The room was in the roof, the only window being a roof window, that I, as a tall person could barely look out of.

Good comfortable hotel. Nice beds and room, very good breakfast with options to meat. Very quick and welcoming staff. It is an older building but very fresh and clean. Good bar and restaurant.

Smoking was allowed on the terrace, quite common in Poland but with such a small terrace it is not possible to escape the smoke. There are a lot of nice places to enjoy the outdoor in Sczcezin so a minor inconvenience.

Cozy location, pretty quiet and close to the city centre. Very comfortable beds.

There's a construction's going on at the backyard so it was a bit noisy in my room because they started to work early.

The staff are very nice, polite and professional. The hotel has good parking and is convenient. There is a 24 hour reception.

Great Hotel in Szczecin. The room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was tasty with a sufficient menu. The location is more than sufficient for city tours (there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel). I especially appreciate the hotel's approach to the customer.

One evening we came to sit at a bar for a beer. Service wasn't interested in us 20 min., so we left.

We've stayed twice before and were very happy with the hotel which is why we came back.

The rooms were not very sound proof; when guests in the adjoining rooms used the bath/shower it was as if they we in our bathroom. We never noticed this before.
