Though the location of this hotel is out of city, the hospitality of the staffs especially the reception desk Victor has much to offer for his exceptional service attendance to the hotel guests especially my friends and I that made us feel very much at home. This is a good hotel with a good strong staff support team which make this hotel the most preferred choice to live in for a good relaxing vacation in a beautiful scenic town of Castel Del Piano.

It's really a nice place, good location to travel around. The staff really made a difference since the arrival, we were given all needed information, and they could accomodate some special requests we had. We liked the view of the mountain from our room very much, and we could close shut the blind at night to have proper sleep. We didn't use spa or other wellness structure, but given their attention to details and the cleanliness, I would definitely try next time we visit.

The air-con didn't seem to work, and we didn't raise the issue because of our short stay (we found out late in the evening) - but in the morning we woke up and it felt very very hot in the room so we had to open windows (which isn't great, because some noise and light would filter in)

This was a nice hotel and location, i would recommend it. The indoor and outdoor common areas were great. Breakfast had lots of choices including scrambled eggs with and without ham/bacon. WE enjoyed dinner in the resteraount including fresh pasta, and local wine. Staff were exceptionally helpful including suggesting an iternery for driving around the area.

We stayed 6 nights in an Executive Junior Suite on the first floor with a beautiful large terrace – perfect to enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif or soak up some sun. The bed was very firm but comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean. There is a flatscreen TV in the bedroom but it didn’t seem to have any AirPlay or other streaming facilities and the channels were all Italian. Not a big problem though as there is so much to explore in the area (recommended: Castello Banfi, Cascate del Mulino Saturnia, Pitiglano, and for some sea air Castiglione della Pescaia). The staff at the hotel were very attentive, friendly and helpful. We also tried out their spa, which appeared to be very new and immaculately maintained (although sadly the steam room wasn’t working very well). Due to COVID regulations you had to book the spa as a “private” spa for 2 hours and pay for it, but it was worth it as the spa isn’t really suited to be used by more than 2 people. We ate in the restaurant a few times, although there wasn’t all that much to choose from for vegans (but they were willing to accommodate my wishes, leaving out the cheese on the pizza or preparing a vegan pasta dish; they also have soy milk for breakfast).

Service at breakfast was a bit slow at times (no buffet due to COVID), and some of the younger staff wasn't very knowledgable (they had to ask someone else about ingredients, they mixed up the coffees, i.e. cow's milk instead of soy milk). It's a bit noisy during the day because it's by a main road (although there are some trees to lessen the noise a little). Castel del Piano itself is not particularly pretty but a good base from which to visit other places.

Room service is the strongest point of the hotel - the create family atmosphere . They take care of you and treat with respect. Many thanks to Victor on reception - he helped us with many things. Other thing is great breakfast - you can order it day before and it will wait for you next day!!

The breakfast was excellent and the coffee was divine :) . The staff at the hotel were very helpful. They reacted very professionally to a small complication and did not charge us anything extra.

The night manager was particularly accommodating as we arrived a bit late into the evening. Easy check-in process and the room was spectacularly clean.

We had to open the window because the air conditioning wasn't as strong as we had hoped, but the rooms were absolutely fantastic and the open air was nice.

The hotel is in a good location, spacious, plenty of parking space. Costel del Piano is not huge place but you will find all necessities- shops supermarket. The gentlemen on the reception was very nice We liked the view from the tarasie.

Beautiful hotel. Looks even better than on pics. Nice and very helpful receptionist. You can pre-order what you want to eat for breakfast. Everything is coming hot and prepared for you at your table which I liked very much (i filled the form in English a night before). Nice and spacious parking space.
