The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are very good value. The staff, particularly kitchen staff, are very kind. The onsen is gorgeous. I think it's cool that the dining area doubles as a manga library. My room had a bunk bed which was whimsical and fun. It's hard to find a three bed hotel room so this was great. I also liked that there was free hotel parking. It's a great place to stop by on your way to Mt. Fuji.

The breakfast setup is kind of awkward because it seems like the space is limited and the tables are shared with other people. The breakfast options are also kind of limited but I understand because it's more of a business style hotel so it's fine! I would still definitely stay here again!

helpful staff attentive to guest needs (thank you 😊). i had a nice room with a confortable double bed and private bathroom at a very reasonable price (!) away from elevators and noise from people traffic it was the perfect room to recharge my batteries and continue my cycling route the next day. I was even able to borrow a sewing kit to shorten the straps of my dress 🤗 they had thread in the exact same red that i needed!

It’s new and modern. It has everything you need, including refrigerator and electric water pot. Parking was free; breakfast was nice.

I had a nice room on the top floor, across from the elevator and on the highway side, but the room was hot. Opening the window allowed a lot of road noise in, but closing it decreased the noise by 80 per cent. Good solid windows. Also, I could hear the talking in the hallway by the elevators. I am tall and the futon cover was a bit small for me.

We had a beautiful view of the rice fields and mountains from our room. The bathroom and amenities were great! Room was spacious enough and it was great value. Staff were friendly and helpful, the check in/out process was also seamless.

The bed was uncomfortable and the walls are thin so be prepared to hear your neighbours. Overall it is accommodation for the affordability.

Instead of using the word like, I’d like to use the word love. I love everything about it!! 🤩 From the entrance, reception area, staff, room, public bath and others are excellent for us!! I’ll recommend definitely recommend this place to stay at to my friends!

At the room, there were no green tea packs or coffee packs like the other inns or hotels we’ve stayed at. Even though there were no any of those over all from 1 to 10, this place is over 10 for me. ☺️

It was worth the price because of the hot spring and the place or the property itself was very nice!

1.The receptionist at night wasn’t really welcoming. I suggest that the staff should be more smiley. 2.The temperature of the hot spring was too hot. (I don’t know if it’s normal but for me, it’s too hot.) Other than that our stay was excellent! We want to come back again.

The hotel is clean and with artificial onsen. Parking is easy. McDonald and supermarket is within walkable distance. Breakfast is simple but enough. Humidifier and electric kettle are available in room.

Nothing but It would be even better if two pillows are available for each guest.

Design of the room, of the facilities, and of the hall in particular left a great impression! Even the cheapest room had windows (albeit, in the shower area), and you had the opportunity to fill the room with natural light if you wish. The staff are very kind and attentive.

Somehow it was either too stuffy or too cold in the rooms, and that might be on us not using the AC efficiently enough, but we tried our best. The hotel is located quite far from everything, but there is a McDonalds and a convenience store right next door, so if it’s a place for you to sleep between day-long trips to the sea, it’s a perfect place.

Very clean, quiet, helpful staff, plenty of free parking, 1 min from 7/11, 2 mins from Valor supermarket and Welcia supermarket, 4 restaurants within 1 min. This was our third time staying here, will stay again when in Japan.

Wish the blinds were proper blackout curtains.

We love the hospitality and service from the staff. My husband left his cap in the room and the hotel offered to send it back to our home, which is awesome. My kids love the manga space in the lobby, they were there till almost midnight.

I found the room to be a bit small, but it was a cozy bed.
